Breakfast was not quickly available but good when arrived ; disappointed that the 3d pancake maker was broken . why change something simple that works return to the old fashioned waffle maker. Nice swimming pool
The room was good but tired with stains on the ceiling, the lift was ok but lift shaft when the doors were open showed lack of attention

Friendly staff. Good size room. Liked varied lighting options. Easy to find.
Temp too warm. Bathroom small, aged, tiles cracked. Traffic noise.

Breakfast was great. They had scamble eggs, bacon, gravy and biscuits. Also, more of an assortment of cereal, fruit, milk, juice, bagels, and more. Mary, at the front desk was very helpful and thoughtful. Especially when I told her our situation of our pipe bursting underneath our home, and we have no air conditioner, due to getting repairs done. This was very peaceful, cool and comforting place to stay. This place felt like home away from home. Thank you very much everyone at Best Western Inn in Sycamore, IL.

My wife and I booked this stay because after booking at another nearby "motel", I read their reviews and they were awful! So, I scrambled and found this one and we were both SO happy we did! The staff that we encountered were great and the room was clean and comfortable.
We only stayed from about 10 PM until about 10am, so we didn't have any complaints. The hotel is older, but they've renovated recently, it seems.

Breakfast was standard fare, but well stocked. The facility was very very clean. I told the desk clerk that hospitality/ cleaning staff was excellent.

The room is okay, nice and clean.
The breakfast food was very poor and lacked any flavor whatsoever. We could not even eat the bacon. Also, it is off a difficult access road that was lined with so many cars and trucks it was difficult to maneuver the car in and out.

roominess of the room. nice quiet area. Texas Roadhouse directly across the street. breakfast buffet was kept well stocked. lady who ran it was very friendly. late afternoon desk person was outstanding.
furniture was extremely uncomfortable.. like sitting on a rock.

The staff upgraded us to a suite when our initial room had accidentally not been cleaned. They were very apologetic and immediately tried to make it right. The room we ended up in was great, with a fridge and microwave, and the bed was really comfortable.
There was a mix up when we arrived, and our room hadn't been cleaned. Communication among staff seemed a bit disorganized, but they eventually got it sorted out.

Actually I had a very nice experience and the staff was efficient and friendly.

The room was very large, clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Check in and out was quick and easy.
I can't think of anything, other than hot water was limited for bathing and showers.

Room had dead bugs in the corner of the window in a spiderwebs, room was dusty as hell I mean my allergies were going crazy anytime I left I was good bed had stains on it and the towels were darker than my socks from that dirty floor I should have stay at the comfort inn like I normally do but this was last min and $10 cheaper but I guess you get what you pay for
