Just wow is all I can say about this property. The pictures don’t do it justice. The area is absolutely stunning!!

Property was as described. Very clean and had everything we needed. The view was amazing. Close enough to town but away from it also. We had jack rabbit, turkey and deer right there in yard. Would definitely stay again.

Great House. Lots of room. Good garage for the rally. Only downfall was the dirt road to the home and the driveway. But it was worth the trek for the house and view.

Everything went very smoothly from booking our stay to check in and our time there. The host was prompt getting us easy check in information. The cabin was exactly as stated. Beautiful place with a beautiful view! The only issue, which we knew from the reviews, was the deck having sap on it. Not a big enough issue to complain about in our opinion and certainly didn’t affect our stay. Would highly recommend this place. Look forward to returning in the future!

The property is beautiful and very new. The view from the cabin is breathtaking! We enjoyed our stay. The communication from the realtor was prompt and thorough. There are a couple of things to note. The property is three stories and the temperature on the bottom floor was extremely cold in order to make the main floor comfortable. Outside of the kitchen and a couple of laundry pods, you must bring all necessities with you. There are no bathroom amenities or hangers in the closets.

We had a great time! The house and the view were both beautiful. The house had reliable internet which was important for the work component and was centrally located so that you could enjoy Deadwood, Spearfish, a number of national and state parks within reasonable drive times, and local towns and culture. The location was quiet and relaxing.

Loved the big windows with automatic blinds, beautiful area close to Terry peak. I did wish it had more of the everyday essentials, like shampoo, kitchen trash bags, dish washer soap, etc. but we really enjoyed the house

Great house for the amount of people we had. Gave all of us our own bedrooms and space. Great location and not very close to your neighbors. We will for sure keep coming to this house in the future. Love love the garage too. We were able to pull in and unload very easily.

Fish Upon a Star was in an amazing location with a great view! We loved using the hot tub, and we were really looking forward to using the upper deck for grilling, sitting by the fire table, eating outside, and generally appreciating the view. Unfortunately the heat had caused the wood in the deck to leak extremely sticky sap all over, and the fire tables knob was broken off. I messaged the staff right away and was told they would bring some mats the next day. They never came and I received no other communication from them despite reaching out a couple more times during our 4 night stay.

It was our first time in South Dakota and the Deadwood area. What an ideal location and home from home. Very pleasant cabin with all amenities. Smooth checking and departure. The only recommendation would be for enough seating for the number of bed spaces
