It needed up just being my husband and two dogs. We stayed 35 nights. The house is pretty well equipped but lacked many basic kitchen utensils. Management immediately provided. One huge thing is that I did my filters for "Air conditioning" and never looked at this listing as it was within my filter. There is NO air! We were miserable in the summer with windows and doors open some had screens, bugs and mosquitos in the dead of summer. Management brought in many fans but it was still humid and uncomfortable at night especially, 35 nights!! There were many stains noticed on the sofas and if you flip the cushions over you'd see it all. Carpets look like former pets were there. All of this is fine but we were charged a huge fee to rent as well as deposit yet there were many things that were not kept up.

The location is great, but we had a few problems. When we checked in the house was so dirty and especially the walls and couches. The property manager came and cleaned and the couch had to be completely shampooed for hours. This was very frustrating as we had to spend an entire day at the house while it was cleaned. The couch cushions still smelled so bad that we had to put them in the garage. The walls need to be painted and some of the furniture is outdated. The home gets very warm as well and the windows all need to remain open. There were a lot of spiders and bugs. The floors need to be polished and steamed. All of the cabinets have baby locks on them and it’s so frustrating trying to open anything! They do not provide a key to the front door and you have to walk around the entire house through the garage and alley to get in and out when leaving and coming back. This is a good location that’s not as busy and close to the ocean. The home has a lot of room and the front patio is very nice to sit and enjoy the outside. I just wish it would’ve been a little better experience.
