Clean, comfortable, upscale bedding and furnishings, gorgeous view of Victoria and surrounding mountains and water, kitchen has everything. close to so much downtown, fast and easy communication with property manager.

This property delivered exactly as advertised - it was spacious, gorgeous, well-located, and very clean. It had all the amenities we could want (included heated bathroom floors). Although we did not do any cooking in the unit, it was very well-equipped should we have wanted to cook while there. I would highly recommend this place and would be happy to stay there again one day.

The condo was gorgeous and well situated. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and emenities. The interior temperature over the 4 day stay was between 28 and 30 degrees as seen on the thermostat in the suite. It was unbearable. We could not cook in the suite, as planned. We couldn’t stay in the suite at all. A fan was to be brought in but never showed up. The balcony was not usable as it and the outdoor furniture was covered in bird feces. We asked for a discount to be applied as an act of good faith for our obvious discomfort but apparently the owner didn’t find our concerns worthy of such discount. It was an expensive rental. Had they tried to remediate the issues, apologized, applied a discount in good faith, they would have received a solid review.

This is a lovely condo unit. Lots of space, the kitchen is very well stocked for the essentials other than food of course, beds are very comfortable (a better mattress pad and fitted sheets would make them perfect), bathrooms are great with wonderful showers. The biggest problem is heat and Seagulls. The unit is not air conditioned and faces directly west. This means you have to have the windows open to get relieve from the heat on hot days. Being downtown Victoria and close to the harbour there are thousands of seagulls circling in the early morning ( 4 am on). It's incredibly loud and is really disruptive.

My good friend and I just enjoyed a four night stay in this fabulous Victoria property. I travel using VRBO often and this is without a doubt one of the best equipped I have ever experienced. The view is stunning and the proximity to town is perfect. Ten minute walk to parliament but removed enough that it’s not noisy. Coffee shop right around the corner for morning brew and goodies. The management company was very responsive to any little questions we had and handled the check in process with ease. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want and dishes beyond belief. For sure the best equipped kitchen I’ve stayed in. Everything was just easy during this stay. Clean, clean clean. Bathrooms are lovely and also fully equipped. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and even a flattening iron in both bathrooms. Towels super thick. Now….the most important thing…the bed. OMG comfy. Top quality linens super comfy bed itself. Would love to be here in a rain storm and just cuddle into this bed overlooking the city. I will definitely be back to visit this property and I reccomend it without hesitation, you will Love it!!
