The location, rooftop pool, price, vibe and look of the entire hotel was wonderful! We really enjoyed the fact that they had a hot water tea pot, Davines shampoo etc. in the showers and nice lotion available. The pool open til 10 was great, we loved the paid early check in too! The parking garage was great, our car was seconds from our room.

Although it was aesthetically pleasing, there were a few flaws. The bathroom door jammed every time I closed it and was loud, the toilet was not grounded and wobbled when you’d sit. The view of the ocean and street from our room was wonderful but the sound from the street made it feel like you were sleeping under an over pass. The pool was closed unexpectedly one day, and the elevator was broken our entire stay. And lastly, they had many amenities that most hotels don’t but an ice machine and microwave in the lobby would be great!

there’s one carpet in the room under the bed that needs cleaning or removed. room 104. I kind of didn’t like having to create an account for the hotel but you have to, to be able to unlock your room door. was nice not having a key

The room was HORRIBLE. The floor was moving, the baseboards looked like they were crewed up by a rat. I would never book a stay at that hotel again. Room was 102.

The convenient location, hands down. For the most part, the room was decent and clean. The bathroom was nicely done, clean. We liked the pool area, the Jacuzzi was great! The third floor deck area, was very nice as it afforded us to relax and watch the sunset, which was gorgeous! Staff was nice. The entrance to the, garage is convenient. The modes of entry, with the keyless entry was convenient.

We understand that we booked with a deal, and that it would’ve been on the first floor with not much of a view, but we were booked in what seemingly was the dungeon-basement. There was a window that looked out to a concreted sub-street level enclosure where there was a utility ladder was for possible window cleaners to access. Also, the hallway flooring was tile, so it carried any noise coming from the front desk. It seemed like anyone who was at the front desk, was right outside our door! Our room door, did not have any door sweep to block out the noise or light from outside, we had to put down a towel to block. There was a decent TV, that hung on the wall, but the TV cord sort of ghetto – hung and plugged to an outlet on an opposite wall. Minor, but somewhat of an eyesore. And lastly, the air-conditioning unit was extremely LOUD!!! This dungeon basement room should not be booked for guests, but instead be some kind of storage unit or an additional front desk office. Fortunately, we were able to spend most of our days outside at the beach, simply use the room as a resting place. The third floor deck area made up for the lack of light, and view from our dungeon room. Plus, it was my birthday weekend, I was hoping for more special at the price we paid. But I understand, sometimes you get what you pay for. I just wonder if other people who paid the same rate, had better rooms on the first floor, where we were at.

Cama grande e confortável, banheiro espaçoso. A localização é boa, porém um pouco distante do centro de Laguna (20 minutos de caminhada). Durante o dia há um bondinho que circula até Dana Point de graça.

A pressão do chuveiro é muito ruim e o chuveiro estava com problema, quase não saia água. Ar condicionado um pouco barulhento.
