The view is nice

The apartment was dirty. There were dirty down duvets in the closet with hair and stains from the previous guests on it. The bathroom had hair from previous guests in the soap tray, in the glasses, and in the corners of the sink and on the floor. There were spider webs on the ceilings and dust on all the furniture except the table and the kitchen. The mattresses and cushions were hard as rocks No soundproofing whatsoever. On the second night, neighbours arrived at the apartment next to us. They were yelling, and it was as if they were standing in our apartment. The administrator had nothing else to say other than that the cleaning lady was having personal issues. Customers should not suffer under these kind of circumstances. Nothing was offered to make up for the horrible experience. A great disappointment and absolutely no value for the money spent.

Äußerst sparsame Ausstattung der Wohnung, Bettzeug selbst für den Sommer eher unzureichend, dünn, keine zusätzlichen Decken, kein Duschvorhang über der Badewanne, Küchenausstattung sehr unzureichend, keine Eierbecher z. B. Keine Kaffeemaschiene, keine kleinen Löffel, keine Gardinen, e i n Kochtopf, kaputte Rollos. Ortsbeschreibung unzureichend, wäre ganz leicht : Poststation und Raiffeisenbank im gleichen Hauptgebäude !

The location was the absolut best! Overlooking of the mountain’s and Lugano - really impressive and spectacular! Also the cute town itself and the area is good for hiking and exploring! The apartment is very open, big and spacious,the matraces and beds are very good, also with balcony! Its peaceful and quiet there,we had a good sleep :) Kitchen is alright, everything you need! Im an easy going person, so would recommend it to the ones who are too!

The smell of the apartment! It would need a refurbishment.

The location was awesome and it was perfect for 5 or 6 member in a family.

I didn't like the process of single mattress into a double bed.It was uncomfortable for sleeping.

Everything was excellent. The View on the lake and the mountains is fantastic. Nice restaurants and a small shop in walking distance. I will return for sure.
