Excellent location, kids absolutely loved the pool and outside area, bedrooms great size and comfy beds. Very happy we stayed.

Living room a little small and couch not the comfiest but wasn't a major issue for us

Pool and hot tub 100 %! Nice temperature for the pool and hot tub. The pool filter kept it really clean!! Light in pool and hot tub for evenings. Proximity to the beach was excellent. Just walk out the front of the house and a few steps and your at beach! No steps to go down to the beach access; level walk all the way to the beach. Not in a busy part of the island. Located in a residential neighborhood surrounded by lovely homes. The home had a wagon and three good beach chairs and a cooler available. Also, some beach toys.  budget friendly for the location. The bedrooms were decent sized with enough space for six people to sleep comfortably. Excellent air conditioning, the central heat and air unit worked beautifully for the hot temperatures. very nice washer and dryer. Two nice bathrooms. Larger one for 2 bedrooms upstairs. Very private. No neighbors could see us swim. We loved that.

The master bedroom needs a new bed. Noisy and we woke in pain from the terrible mattress. We all agreed that the pillows were not good. The very small living-room needs updated and reconfigured (tv/wires and furniture). Curtains are in bad need of a proper curtain rod and nicer curtains. Although, some of us tried to sit on the 1 couch, it was more like a stopping place to rest after walking back from the beach, then everyone sat in the beds to relax. The king room is an awkward look and not a practical living room. The light outside the kitchen door doesn’t work. The master bedroom needs a clock. The outside needed to be spruced up. It was messy with debris and sand all over the tiles and the door entryway was dirty with old water, sand and mildew build up. Water hose was a mess and hasn’t been cleaned around it. The house has a musty smell. We got used to it , but it did take about 3 days for us to not notice it so bad when we entered the house. The outside needs some help. Some updates and improvement (maintenance) to fix eye sores where they’ve torn off a deck on the second floor deck and left an unfinished look. We noticed an electrical pole in the back that has wire hanging down. It looks bad. I don’t know if it’s dangerous or not. I assume it is not but It needs attention . There was a bug crawling on my bed in the master bedroom. It looked like a roach…(eek) freaked me out because my husband was asleep in the bed when I walked in to find it busy all over my side of the bed.

There were a number of broken or poorly operating equipment. We would need to stay at house when repair people came.
