Very nice house, we made food at home and it was amazing, good space nice vibe perfect location

Quite spacious. Not far from that far from the beach.

Lack of kitchen ustensiles. Could be cleaner. Noisy neighbors.

gorgeous and spacious apartment 5 mins from the beach, store around to buy everything we need, lovely cafes, little secrets and beautiful details making our stay unforgettable. wifi was quite good and Simo a fantastic host making sure we got everything we needed

A beautiful house who is made with love

I never met the so called "owner" Simo? Info for Booking.com as Simo wrote me he would complain to Booking.com as a little child.  I was a superhost 9.6 before I sold in Europe my property. There was NO reception and nobody was opening the door, the room was not even cleaned from 12 o'clock neither as was noted.  Clients felt down as the chair broke down at the top terrace. Everything is old, abandoned and not cleaned, the plants are dying. On Booking.com the top floor is noted as a apartment without even a living room? The roof terrace is shared so NO PRIVACY AT ALL. Clients complained about bed bugs as they also got NO sheets on their beds. Simo his reply : "Ok,  we all know this strategy that some people do, just before their departure, they invent things. And booking is aware about it" I asked Simo a question. Finally he wrote that I was rude when I just was to the point 👉  I burned my hands as they switched the tubes .... the right tape need to be always cold. When I asked yesterday Simo before 8pm to book a taxi for the next morning HE COULDN'T make this happen? I needed a print out of my boarding pass also this was too difficult for Mister Simo. I know 24h/day you need to be there for your clients to help ...it is clear he just want the 💰 

The sustainable concept of the flat. Decoration and artistic design is awesome. Enough space for the entire family to enjoy the short stay.

Land lord can improve the kitchen facility by having more dishes and even some left over tea and coffee in the kitchen on late check-in . Welcome water in the fridge could be good and off course guess to replace on departure

We loved the style of the place. Open, airy and everywhere you look is a work of art. It's a great location in the community away from the crowds but still walking distance from the medina with shops, bakery and cafés just outside. Simo was a great host making us feel very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.

Can't complain really A pleasent stay

The host Simo was friendly and attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The beds are particularly well made and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The place was also great for our 3 year old son who loved the nice colours in the apartment. Access to the roof terrace was greatly appreciated either for coffee in the morning or for stargazing at night.

The kitchen could do with a few more untensils for those who like to cook for themselves.

Great terrace where you can spend the whole day in the sun, good morrocan bread nearby, they can warm it for you directly on a steal plate. For French baguette lovers and those who don't want to prepare anything themselves there two cafes nearby (Boulangerie/Patisserie). Carrefour market is 3 minutes drive away (For some great morrocan wine) start from 90 DH as for 12/2022, unless you already know something. Very old stuff in the kitchen, but you can cook and bake eveything.

Very bad mattress in the roof-top room Simon please replace it :) And no bed linen for the individual beds, it's really a shame, we explained it twice in our native French-Arabic, and we still have not been understood, a pity. The place needs some upgrade... the stuff in the kitchens is pretty old, those are details, but it would be easy to make a better impression. Windows are absolutely not soundproof, so if you want to sleep before midnight, please look for something else.
