Great, brand new apartment and the house! Spacious rooms are perfectly clean. Very friendly owner and the family that takes care of this place. I wished I could stay for longer, but the place so popular it was already booked. The property is placed in the uptown of Kas and the views from the living room and the balcony are just breathtaking! Every morning, you enter your living room and all you think is just 'Wow!'. With a scooter, it didn't take long for me to go to Kas downtown and back. There are also a few supermarkets and a fruits/vegetables shop not far from the Golden Rose Apart.

The breakfast wasn't included, but we got a gift from the hotel owner, it's a very nice compliment. The apartment is spacious, clean and you can find there everything you need (kitchen stuff for cooking, glasses, a washing machine). The view from terrace was incredible and picturesque you don't need to go for sunset somewhere else, everything in front of you. We're surprised with the owner's hospitality. Thank you and totally recommend!

Can't complain. But you just need to think about transporting (to rent a car or a motorbike, taxi) in advance. Don't hesitate to ask the hotel owner for help.

New apartment with nice view

small parking area, far from the centre, not suitable for families with small children the way to the centre is too mountainous even for adults, the car is a must here. Cheap staff in the apartments, sleeping quality is average.

brand new apartment with amazing sea view over kas and islands. everything is brand new. the apartment we rented had two double room, a bathroom with large shower (shower gel, shampoo and hand soap are provided), a large kitchen provided with oven, dishwashing machine, fridge, freezer and cooking gas position. in the kitchen you will also find dishes, glasses, cutleries, pans and everything you may need to cook meals during your stay. the apartment has washing machine that is a plus if you’re travelling around and need to do some laundry. the guy who ran the place is nice and gives you good tips in case you wanna organise sailing tour to kekova. he recommended us a guy called mehmet that sails us around kekova island on his boat. the were just us on the boat and plus we departed early in the morning so we arrive at the sunken city and aquarium bay before large groups arrived

Its was fabulous. The place is perfect and quiet. Every thing you need is there. Its better and easier to have a car.

Welcomed into a home and enjoyed wonderful time, nice conversations with the owner who consistently showed kindness. Incredibly beautiful views and all amenities required for a comfortable stay. Highly Recommended.

We have fallen in love with Kas because of this place. We kept extending our stay but had to leave to continue our road-trip. The hosts were wonderful people who helped us out greatly. And the place was immaculate!

A luxurious apartment in a quiet neighborhood with a fantastic view of the sea. The apartment is spacious, with marble floors and granite countertops in the kitchen. Everything is brand new and perfectly clean. The furniture is luxurious and the beds are comfortable. There is a washing machine. The host is a friendly gentleman who was extremely kind and helpful.
