Really nice newer property outside of Rockport. House is very well provisioned, zero complaints will definitely recommend to anyone. Restaurant out front has good food too.

We absolutely enjoyed our time. The convenience of being located on the canal was ideal for quick access to taking the boat out fishing. House is very well maintained and clean. The breezeway bar area is amazing for relaxing. Tips: Remember to bring boat fender buoys for tying up to the dock and chalk blocks for your boat trailer, as the drive way is on a slight incline. Will definitely no it let book again!

It was absolutely stunning! The porches have a great breeze and great view of the canal and birds. The house was very welcoming, comfortable, and provided all the essentials. I was looking for relaxation and this was it! We will definitely be back!

Sugar’s By The Sea is great. The abundance of amenities is awesome: the ice machine, fully stocked kitchen, the fun patio/bar area downstairs, plus little features like a toothbrush and toothpaste were great. The house is very clean and comfortable. Kristen is super responsive when we had questions. The check out process is reasonable. I highly recommend Sugar’s By The Sea!

This house is not only beautiful but it is super clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location on the canal. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced in a rental. All of the extra touches were amazing. They thought of everything stocking this house. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer, and a few extras you might forget at home! There’s an ice machine they remotely activate for you to fill your cooler. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. I have to throw in the decor… it’s just gorgeous. Very nicely done! We will definitely be back!

The property was absolutely beautiful even better than the photos! Kristen was so responsive and helpful before and during our entire stay, usually getting back to us with answers within minutes. The home was immaculate and very well equipped with everything you possibly need. Wonderful location on the water. The dining area was large and perfect for us, as our family down the way could come and enjoy breakfast and dinner with us. The entertaining area downstairs was so much fun! Plus the ice machine is a wonderful touch, just filled up the ice chest there and headed straight for the beach. We will absolutely be returning back ASAP!
