A beautiful, recently renovated hotel, at a nice location; perfect for a weekend. Comfortable and clean rooms, rich breakfast, very friendly stuff. Late check out option charge-free is a plus. Would def recommend. Hope things won’t change, while the hotel gets attention.

Excellent location and facilities. The interior and exterior design was even better than the photos. Cleanliness is 10/10 and the staff service is 13/10. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of dishes to choose. We did relax at the private sea bay and at the pool side. Best holiday experience ever. Totally recommend it!! We will be back soon!!

Wow , what a place for a great vacation

Renovated hotel, interesting architecture, in beautiful surroundings, with its own beach, tastefully decorated rooms, large terrace, nice pool and pool bar. Great breakfast, which is served in the dinning room, which is also beautifully decorated, as well as the terrace, so the whole experience is complete. Kind hosts, especially Elena from the reception.

Replenishment of bath products and shampoo daily, which was missing.

The exterior of the hotel pretty ugly, also the hallway is very loud due to being tile and the doors not sealing well acoustically. You hear everything and everyone walking by. Also the cleaners are very loud in the morning and even woke me up on checkout day. Asking whst time I'll leave. Why are you asking? It's 915 am I don't need a wakeup call I didn't ask for one Also it's overpriced and in a strange location, difficult to get to and nothing much around

First time I have such a mixed feeling about the property. On the one hand, it’s definitely a jam! On the other, they are lacking some obvious things for a four star and need to work on the service. What we loved: • The design of the property is very stylish. Beautiful materials and furniture, really nice pool and beach area with new comfortable sun beds. Everything is done with a great taste! • Another advantage - there was not too many people, especially on the beach - that was lovely. • The balcony is fantastic, quite spacious and has a fantastic view on the gulf. The room is also nice, just a bit small. Especially the bathroom. But for a couple it was sufficient. • Nice breakfast. Not a big one (in my opinion it was lacking a few items) but whatever was there was delicious! Especially their shakshuka and red velvet muffins! I miss those :) Breakfast has: eggs (shakshuka, boiled, sunny side up, scrambled), cheese and meat selection (quality stuff), vegetables, rice with milk, cereals, fruits and nuts, nice bio bread, sweets (muffins, tarts, cakes, macaroons). Sometimes (and I wonder why not every day) - greek yogurt and pancakes. • Flavoured water and fruits available on the receiption 24/7; tea and coffee in the restaurant area also available through out the day. That’s nice. • Special THANK YOU to Leonidas (the manager of the restaurant) and Constantinos (he works on the reception). They are truly customer oriented and put a lot of heart in what they do! When I was coming to them asking for something they really cared and were making sure everything was beyond ok :) True hospitality in my opinion should look like this!

We made 2 bookings for the same room category (sea view) - one for the first night without the dinner (as we arrived around 10 p.m.) and another HB for the following 9 nights. To make sure we won’t have to change the rooms I sent an email to the hotel explaining the situation. They promised to take this into account. When we arrived nobody knew about that. Overall it wasn’t a very warm welcome - we were not treated with any drink or offered with help. On a contrary - we received a room on the first floor which was overlooking palm trees and had a big white building in front completely covering the sea. When I asked to change the room as we’d paid for the sea view we were offered a pool view as there was nothing available. So despite we paid for the sea view and I sent an email to connect our reservations in the system we still had to stay in a room that had no view and the next day pack our things again to move to another room. But to me the most disturbing thing was that both reception ladies were saying that in their system that’s the sea view. And when I said it’s far from the pictures here on booking the ladies said: “well, those are just pictures”. Those are not “just pictures” - it’s a false advertising. The room we moved to was gorgeous. But it seems in this hotel there is a possibility a guest pays for the sea view and gets to observe the white building. That’s not ok. And it can be easily solved by introducing another category like “side sea view”. Some other comments: • The room is lacking a coffee/tea maker, glasses (including the one for tooth brushes), cups • The quality of cleaning is unstable (sometimes it’s good; another time a lady forgot to restock the shower gel. I had to go 3 times to reception to remind about this) • Same applies to the beach - nobody cleaned it through out the day so it was getting quite messy in the evening with garbage all around the area including the sea :(( • Also sometimes local families were coming.

It was excellent! A true surprise. Lovely hotel, staff, and breakfast. We will definitely come back
