We had a great stay at Cynthia place. Met our needs perfectly! The bedrooms our large with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was a nice size, laundry available. Fully furnished with comfortable furniture in the living room, a nice sized kitchen with coffee and a coffee maker and a nice snack jar for guests. Located in a peaceful, quiet and safe neighborhood with parking. Very clean and easy to find everything. A very relaxing stay that met all of our needs, would definitely stay here again. Cynthia excellent hosts!
Side notes: The views are not from the bottom apartment. Some views but limited from bottom apartment. You cannot control the main heat, but Cynthia has 2 portable heaters for your use. We had lots of snow which was awesome but reminder that you will need to shovel sidewalk and maybe driveway if the plow service is behind schedule.

The property had everything you'd want or need for a comfortable extended stay. I traveled pretty light for a long trip and pretty much had everything I needed while I was there. The location is isolated enough to have a quiet, peaceful stay while still being accessible to shopping and other major roads.
If you enjoy hiking/exploring, there are a couple of nice trailheads in Chugach State Forest that are just a few minutes away from the property with some incredible views from the summit.
The hosts were very accommodating and communicative before and during my stay. Would definitely look to stay here again if/when I make a return trip.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay. Everything is clean and really nice. We saw a mama Moose and her calf eating in the front yard 3 houses down from us. It was awesome! We would definitely come back to stay.

We were pleasantly surprised at all the extra amenities to make our stay comfortable. The furniture was clean and we felt at home. Space heaters, fireplace, and my favorite find-an electric throw blanket set the atmosphere for relaxing and gearing up for hiking. Great access to explore Anchorage.

Beautiful property and apartment. Had everything you need or would want and so easy to work with. Wish it had a better view but thats a personal want. Will stay here again if in Anchorage. Highly recommend.

The property was very clean, well stocked, easy to find, and comfortable. If we come back to Anchorage, we will certainly seek to stay in this place again. One of our favorite hikes was less than 5min away!

Loved this very homey lower level apartment. It was very centrally located and easy to get anywhere we wanted go go. Host so generous with snacks, coffee and tea. Bed very comfy.

The location was perfect for exploring in all directions. We thought that the place looked even better than the pictures. It was really nice and in top condition. We appreciated the washer and dryer so we could pack lighter. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

I work for a church, we had a conference and we booked two of our speakers into this beautiful VRBO. They were very happy. The response they received after a call to the host was amazing. I would put people in this place again or I would book for myself if I needed to.

This 2 bedroom exceeded our expectations. The neighborhood is quiet and has wonderful views from 3 big windows! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans and even coffee! The beds very very comfortable. Very cozy environment. . We left our car keys behind and Cynthia promptly notified us and had them shipped ASAP.
We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful view of the Knik Arm, perfectly situated within a short distance of the grocery store and shops, appreciated the little touches left around the house...from the coffee, snacks, personal toiletries, and the space heaters.

This apartment was wonderful!!! Cynthia provided so many fun, yummy comfort treats (literally fantastic food treats plus warm cuddly blankets) fully stocked kitchen w modern and fun appliances! She has thought of everything a traveler might have left behind and has you covered. Alaska and the Eagle River Nature Preserve were a wonderful escape from reality, and to be able to retreat to Cynthia’s at the end of each day was heaven! Thank you Cynthia.

The property is exactly as described. Great location to go sightseeing in Palmer, Hatcher Pass, Alyeska and many more places. Aldo near JBER and close enough to the airport in Anchorage. Very clean, comfortable and everything you would hope for on a vacation in Alaska. We did see a mom bear with her two cubs just out the windows. What a treat!! Cynthia was very responsive as well. We definitely plan to return next year on our annual trip to Alaska. Highly recommend!!

We would highly recommend this property! They were very accommodating, it was very well stocked, and amazing views. Great location outside busy Anchorage, but easy access to Anchorage and all activities!! Can’t wait to go back!

This place has everything that you need for a home away from home. The place was clean and well-maintained. The only complaint is the water has a very high sulfur smell (rotten egg kind of smell) and leaves an oily kind of layer after your shower. Bring your drinking water. Otherwise, the hosts were great, and everything else was perfect. Can’t go wrong.

Very, very clean. Had multiple extra amenities like coffee with creamer and sugar, gree tea, travel size bathroom for those "I forgot" and a copier/printer.

Absolutely stunning!
We came to Anchorage to visit our son who is in the army. Our stay was perfect and this property felt like home. It is well laid out with cozy decorations and a perfect little kitchen.
We had a little hiccup trying to get in and the property manager answered the phone at midnight with an amazingly chipper attitude. She was so kind and walked us through the steps. We will definitely be booking here again.

Exceptional spot for a greater Anchorage visit
My wife, kids (4 and 2), and I stayed here for a long weekend while attending a wedding in Chugiak. The apartment was a perfect fit for us - nice kitchen, comfortable living room area, and two bedrooms (plus equipped with a pack and play for my 2 year old). Also big windows with a lovely view made us feel immediately like we were in Alaska. It’s very close to the commercial area of Eagle River which has a lot of great restaurants, and it’s well situated to be a launching point for exploring the greater Anchorage area. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. We would absolutely stay here again and can’t recommend it enough.

I felt that this B & B was exactly what my friend and I needed. It had a lot of amenities, conveniences, and comforts and made me feel at home. The view is amazing!

Lovely apartment close to Eagle River shops and Mount Baldy trails. Short drive to Lake Eklutna and easy roads back down to Anchorage. I'd gladly stay again when I'm back in the area!

Alaskan Adventure
My 19yr old son and I really enjoyed our time in this wonderful vacation rental ! Very spacious and everything seemed brand new !! We were the first to use the new gas grill which was totally equipped.. The views are jaw dropping and the neighborhood was a real pleasure to walk in with one home more outstanding then the last …After visiting Denali the apartment was a total joy to cook and relax in once we got back home
