The arrangement of rooms and bath were just right. The walk to town and to the beach was easy. We had a question, called the owner and got an answer right away. Overall a wonderful vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The house is very spacious and clean, and the owner is very responsive in case you need anything. Close access to the beach and shops in IOP. The stovetop wasn’t working while we were there, but the owner did offer a partial refund which more than made up for the minor inconvenience. We had a great time and think you will too!

Our stay was great! We loved how close the house was to beach access and within an easy walk to restaurants. Nice to have grocery stores so close by for last minute grocery needs. The house was very accommodating for large family gatherings. We enjoyed the upstairs front porch for coffee and reading. Appreciated the 4 bicycles...took quite a few rides. The large kitchen table was great for meals or playing games. All in all, a great week at the beach! I only have one suggestion: larger trashcan for kitchen and a kitchen towel.

We love the Isle of Palms and enjoy visiting there each summer. We were very pleased with the house and the proximity to the beach. The check-in process was very easy, and the house was extremely clean. The property owner was easy to communicate with, and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay. I would highly recommend this property!

This house perfectly accommodated a family reunion of 12 adults. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own space and plenty of bathrooms and mirrors helped us all get dressed and out the door timely!! The house is super close to beach access and restaurants in IOP. Owner was very communicative and even reached out mid trip to let us know to expect her landscapers. Highly recommend!

The home was beautiful. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and fun. Quick access to the beach really made the difference on our stay here.
My only note would be that having blinds on the doors of the master bedroom would have been nice.

We visited Charleston for a long girls weekend and it was a great place to stay for 14 people. Very close to the beach and matched the online listing description. Would stay here again!

The property was great, just a few minutes from the ocean. However, as good as the house and location are, Michelle, the host, was even better. We had some appliance issues while we were there. Those things happen and are completely out of the owners control but Michelle was amazing. She was incredibly responsive and had a repair man out as soon as possible. On top of that she gave us a partial refund for the temporary inconvenience. She seems to genuinely care about giving her guests a great experience. We go to IOP every spring break. I will definitely be looking at her property again in the future.

Several of my friends and I meet in Charleston every year for a weekend. I think we have found our permanent spot. Plenty of room, clean, great location. Very happy with our stay

I rented this house for a long weekend for my sisters bachelorette party. The pictures are great, but the house is even more beautiful and roomy in person! Having so many bathrooms is a plus too!
The three porches are amazing, and there was enough open space for us all to be together inside.
The property is a block away from the beach and maybe 5 -10 min walk to a few restaurants and bars.
When I need to reach out about an oven question, I received a response immediately.
We all said we would rent this house again if we came back!

House in great condition, true seven bedrooms all of which were sizable, plenty of porch space front and back on two floors, excellent location - two block walk to restaurants/bars but not so close that there was any noise audible from them, one block to beach access. Elevator helpful for older family members.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The property is exceptional and well-equipped; I will rent this house again. The owner was helpful and answered all questions. We did not have any issues with the house or the process. I recommend this rental to anyone looking for a place on the Isle of Palm. In addition, for the owner to add a TV to all bedrooms. I could not find the thermostat for the third floor, and the two bedrooms on the third floor were hot. I should have reached out to the property owner. Overall, we had a blast!

Easy walk to the beach. Many more stairs than anticipated, had 3 older ladies that had a difficult time getting up & down steps multiple times per day. Elevator did not work to assist with luggage.

Perfect house and location for a big family! Lots of rooms so everyone had their own space. The kids felt comfortable and were all able to sleep on night one. A lovely home away from home.
