This house is better than the pictures and description. The kitchen is phenomenal and the pool and easy access to beach cannot be beaten. The grill was a bit hard to start but proximity to kitchen was ideal. Fountains in pool keep water cool all the time. There are plenty of chairs for the beach but they are not traditional “beach” chairs so if that’s your hope bring some. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat

We enjoyed the location and the pool

Our family had an awesome time and had everything we needed at this property. There were 7 adults and 5 children ages 4 through 8. If we weren’t at the beach we were enjoying the pool and hot tub! There was a room off the garage that had all sorts of things to get full enjoyment at the beach and pool. We never ate a meal in the house, but enjoyed the large table at the outdoor dining area. The property was beautiful, very spacious and comfortable. There is a nearby Publix and neighborhood Walmart that we were able to get groceries. It’s such a comfortable and relaxing area, it was hard to leave! We were ready to start planning our next trip before we ever left! I highly recommend this property for families.

The most Hassel free vacation I’ve ever had. This property was perfect for our large family. We had 12 people (10 adults, 2 kids) staying and the layout fit us great. 3 bedrooms (4 beds) in main house and 2 others in the garage apartment. There was space to chill by yourself and larger areas where we could play rousing games of Monikers and other board games. The pool was amazing: a waterfall, sunning shelf (great for smaller kids), and a jacuzzi. The white sand beach is 30 steps from the back patio and your private access point. You can see the ocean waves from every room in the back of the house. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked for large gatherings, and showers had good water pressure (even a large jetted tub for kids baths). There were plenty of water toys, sand toys, boogie boards, and towels. There is a French bakery a block from the house and a Publix 10min away. We will definitely be back!!

This was a fantastic property and everyone loved it. I chose it for a number of reasons. It was literally steps from the beach which is a great asset when you have little ones! It's outdoor area is perfect all by itself! The pool has a nice ledge and lovely waterfalls with a hot tub and it is totally gated so you don't have to worry about younger children walking right in. It also includes a nice firepit with a grill and outdoor table. There is even a small putt putt course. The house has 3 nice bedrooms along with a small apartment above the garage. Everything you need from beach chairs and towels to kitchen appliances is available There is a nice size garage that keeps all the water toys and a wagon if you want to haul it all to the beach. But all you do is go down 3 steps and you are literally on the beautiful beach. The owners meet you and show you where everything is and how to turn on the hot tub, waterfalls etc. We found that very helpful and made things so easy. The views and sunsets were spectacular. No one wanted to leave!

We were taking our only family vacation of the year with our children and 4 young grandkids. On our first night one of the kids had an accident and we had bloody clothes that we needed to wash. After running a wash cycle we discovered the washer was not working. I contacted Kay and she told me to use the deep water setting. The next day we did a load using that setting and nothing was getting clean. I contacted Kay again to let her know it was not working. I contacted her again early on our third day to check on a repair status as we needed to wash clothes as we packed light expecting a functioning washer, and we also desperately needed to wash kitchen and beach towels. I asked about any laundry services in the area and heard nothing, nor was there any offer assistance or additional towels. That night we were told a repairman would be there the next day. He could not fix it and explained that calcium buildup on the valve was the problem and the machine had not been working for some time as the tub could not fill. This was a huge inconvenience as we to reuse dirty dishrags and towels. The grossest part was that the previously washed bathroom towels that we were using were visibly dirty as they had been washed in the broken washer prior to our stay. Kay agreed to provide some compensation for the situation and said she would contact me. We left on 5/11 and after hearing nothing I sent texts on 5/15, 5/17, 5/19 & 6/7. This is not what we expected from a "premier" host.

Everything was amazing, pool and hot tub was big hit. The view from the house, which the house also had everything you need from pool and beach toys to cooking equipment. The bed could be up graded, the one in the apartment center was sunk in , so if sharing the bed you get smushed together. The other bed and pillows were super firm. Overall the house was amazing 4stars rating

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The location was idea with it being on the beach with a beautiful pool. We also enjoyed the fire pit several nights. The house was wonderful and the area was great. Kay was available for any questions that we had and we thoroughly enjoyed the entire week. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Short trip, but an awesome one! Location is suburb with places to eat in walking distance. The pool and beach kept the kids busy all day long. The residence was large, spacious and had all the amenities necessary to feel like home.

This lovely well-kept home was perfect for our family! There is plenty of room for a large group, with private outdoor space for swimming, grilling out, star gazing, and relaxing! We loved the direct access to the beach! Restaurants were within walking distance or a short drive away. We would highly recommend!

This house truly is a paradise. We were a party of 8 adults, 6 year old, 3 year old, 1 year old and 9 month old. This house was so perfect for us! The babies could nap while we were at the pool. The young kids could run from the beach to the potty. The house has a beach wagon though you really don't even need it cause your so close to the beach! We used it to bring carry out back to our house. The house is equipped with PLENTY of beach towels, a gazillion beach and pool toys, 2 boogie boards, 2 baby pool rafts, pool noodles, several floaties for kids, beach chairs... I mean so much... there is a whole garage full of stuff like that. You really don't even need to bring anything for the beach or pool except sunscreen. The beds in the house are super comfortable. The 4th bedroom is a little apartment over the garage. There is an outside tv, a firepit, a little put put course, a great pool and hot tub (though heating the hot tub is extra so be aware of that), also we had early check in and check out which also costs extra. My family loved this house. The ONLY downside is that there really isn't a "Town" close by. Its a residential area. There were several restaurants and an ice cream place 0.4-0.8 miles away that we walked to at night. We had groceries delivered. We had 2 cars, which we were 2 seats short of having enough room for the whole family so we didn't drive much. Honestly though... you don't need to leave this house. The beach and pool are right there... its blissful! The house is spacious and comfortable. there was a pack and play and a baby walker and toy, and baby books. This house had it all! Kay was available anytime you needed her! Great house. Nothing bad to say about it at all!

Beach Trail Beauty was more than I expected. Just steps from the beach, easy to access with my walker. The pool and hot tub and waterfalls were throughly enjoyed by my son and grandkids and great grandkids. Plenty of evenings spent watching them while I sat with others around the firepit. The Home was beautifully decorated and everything you could want was supplied. Marvelous kitchen and master bath. It was a dream.

This house was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 2 toddlers. The pool was clutch for the kids to play in when the gulf was too cold for them. The fenced in pool is a great safety feature. We decided the extra money spent to be right on the gulf was worth it for going back and forth to the beach. When I woke up early I could take my coffee and walk down to the beach. It was so peaceful. We all commented on the comfort of the mattresses. Indian Rocks Beach ended up being a preferred location for those that had stayed in the Fort Myers area before. Not as busy but had everything we wanted close by. The hosts were very responsive. Would definitely come back to this place.

This was the perfect family beach house. There were plenty of beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels, and a nice wagon to haul all your belongings to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, seasonings, coffee maker, hand towels, everything you need for your kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. Our children loved the swimming pool, hot tub, and our own personal mini golf in the front of the house. There was also a fire pit that we used for a night. Great kitchen outdoors with a grill and dining table and chairs. This vacation home is perfect for families! Your backyard is the beautiful beach! I highly recommend this beach house! Kay and Gary were amazing!

Great facility for all ages in a family. Great house, great area, lots to do, and for all. Beach super close and hardly any steps or transitions. Best in our 50 years of renting in the area.

Kay & Gary are amazing, sweet people! Their home is exactly as described and is fully stocked, comfortable, and more than what we expected. The pool area is wonderful and the fire pit adds a great touch. The apartment was well stocked and very comforting. It is a great space! With the impeding hurricane, the owners came to secure things and allowed us to continue our stay until our late checkout time. They were very accommodating with check in and out times. We loved our stay and look forward to booking with them again!! Thanks for everything!! We seriously couldn’t be happier! The short walk to the beach is wonderful as well!

We truly had the best time at the beach trail beauty. Kay & Gary were super friendly and helpful at checkin and walked us through the home. The location is unbeatable, especially with 3 kids 6 and under. We must’ve been back and forth from the beach to the pool 100 times each day with zero complaints. The beach was amazing, white sand, not crowded and the water was so warm. Lots of beach toys, boogie boards and floats to choose from with a great wagon to haul everything to and from the beach. The pool was clean and refreshing and a nice addition that the kids really appreciated. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We loved every minute of this vacation, there is no doubt we will be back!

This property is perfect for a family vacation. We loved the outdoor pool area with direct access to the beach. The house is spacious and has everything and more that you will need. The owners provided beach chairs, toys, and a fully stocked kitchen. I highly recommend this home.

This house has it all! We didn’t need half the stuff we brought for beach, pool or even house wise. We stayed for 5 nights with family and friends, 11 in our party. There was plenty of room, only one teen on an air mattress, but we didn’t need to bring one-they had one. They even have a pack n play it you have a baby/toddler. The beach is the backyard!!! Love it!!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed to cook, bake or eat with. The fridge is HUGE, served us well. The apartment over garage was wonderful too, where one family was and an extra fridge for extra drinks. The garage is full of pool/beach gear (pool noodles, life vests, boogie boards, wagon, chairs, etc). They have enough beach towels too! There is two hoses to spray down with plus an outdoor shower. Back porch had enough chairs to seat everyone and the pool was amazing! We didn’t get around to making a fire in the fire pit but we did sit around it a lot. Just a tip to set up your tent in the a.m. before anything else, then you know you’re right by your pathway. The small putt-putt was so cool for teens, but they decided to mostly hang out in their ENO hammocks. The trees near the putting green were great for that! There is parking by garage for two SUVs, maybe 3 cars. We just had 3 vehicles since we had 3 different families-but worked out to get a public parking space next to the walk to beach. We loved how there was a gate to make sure no one bothered us too. There are TVs around the house but we did not use one. If you need something, Publix is down the street or you can have Instacart deliver. Kay and Gary are AMAZING! They show you everything when you arrive. Smooth transition. Cannot wait to book with them again. We are talking about doing a yearly family trip here. Thank you again Kay & Gary - until next time!

We had an amazing time. Being able to walk out the back door and walk right to the beach was great. And the pool and spa were a nice retreat. We had 7 stay comfortably and everyone enjoyed the stay and didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I own a timeshare in the building next-door from this vacation home and have always eyed this property, hoping it would one day go up for rent. Low and behold we found it on VRBO and immediately booked it to stay with our kids and another family! Our check in was so easy and the lovely owners met us at the house to explain how to work everything. The house is gorgeous inside and so spacious. They provided everything you could need for a beach stay, which made our packing a breeze! No need to bring towels, chairs, rafts, boogie boards, umbrellas, tent, and a cart. The house sits maybe 15 yards from the beach and had its own pool and jacuzzi along with a putting green. Our kids ranging from 9-15 absolutely loved every bit of this house and outdoors. We were able to grill out and even made s’mores on the fire one night in the fire pit. We stayed Thursday through Monday and hated to leave. There was even a set of dumbbells that my son and I used for our morning workouts!! These owners thought of everything and were such a pleasure to deal with. Friends of ours staying down the beach came to visit one afternoon and already booked Labor Day after seeing this house. I can’t recommend this house enough if you are looking for the absolute perfect beach getaway!! Thank you Martins and we look forward to staying here again!!
