It was ok it didn’t ruin our time but….. A lot of small items were broken like the pool furniture and gane rooms games. The pool had a leak in it. Some outside lights were burnt out. The couches were nasty and should be replaced. The carpets had stains. Saw a couple roaches too but I also saw them at night by the beach so not sure if it’s just an outer banks thing. The dryer didn’t work at all even though it got warm. I think the vent is blocked which could be hazardous. The road noise is very loud so if you can’t handle that I wouldn’t recommend. I also think they are charging too much money for this rental. It could be a nice place if the owners would put some money towards repairs. I wouldn’t stay again because you can find better places for the same price.

Hard time getting in the door. Dog hair on floor. Roaches throughout. Pool and hot tub dirty. Deck furniture unusable, it was all broken. Dangerous situation with second floor deck handrail missing/broken baluster where a child or animal could fall through. Pet stains all over carpet throughout the house, why was I charged over $500 for my animals for cleaning??? Directly on the Bypass (main hwy), very loud! Shuffle board broken. Broken blinds throughout. Will not stay there again. Response from mgt was “so we want them to send maintenance?”

House was clean. Location was good.Very close to restaurants and walking distance to the beach. Nice to have washer and dryer in the house. Could upgrade the living room furniture, but overall very nice place to stay.

Overall this property was great! House was very spacious for myself and my adult children. Proximity to beach was great….a 5-7 minute walk . Pool area nice! Very clean house and well maintained. Well stocked with kitchen supplies; comfortable beds and overall a very welcoming space! The only thing I was surprised about was it is right on the highway so it was a bit noisy at times but overall a great price. If you have pets and/or small children though you would need to be aware that property is on the highway.

Location sucked . Picture were blown up on the website . Furniture was nasty . Floors were dirty . Had to make our own beds before sleeping in them . Only 2 rolls of toilet paper to start off . I will never go there again .

The house is on a major roadway and the traffic is very loud inside the house at all hours. The dishwasher never worked despite someone coming out to "fix" it. The hot tub was gross and had particles of the lid floating in it. All the lounge chairs had broken slats and couldn't sit in them. The game tables in the lowest level weren't complete and missing parts to them. The layout of the house was okay. The dining table was nice and big. The beach was easily 4 city blocks away and more like a 15 min walk with kids. The living room television was next to impossible to figure out how to get between smart apps and cable. Would not recommend if you're seeking a quiet place to retreat to.
