From the moment we walked through the door, it felt like we had stepped into our own cozy haven.
One of the standout features of this rental was the incredibly well-equipped kitchen. It had everything we could possibly need, from dinnerware and cookware to a variety of utensils, cutting boards, and accessories. This kitchen has you covered.
The bedrooms were not only comfortable but also tastefully decorated, providing a welcoming ambiance. There was ample space to move around, making it feel more like a home than a temporary accommodation. It's clear that the hosts have put thought and effort into creating an environment that caters to the comfort of their guests.
Another highlight, an easy stroll took us to the nearby beach, offering a convenient option for those looking to enjoy the sun and surf. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance, making it a breeze to explore local dining options. Whether you choose to dine in or venture out, the location provides a perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility.
The back yard – a true paradise for our furry friends. As a dog owner with an escape artist for a pet, I was initially concerned. However, the high and secure privacy fence put all worries to rest. Our pups had a blast in the spacious and safe backyard.
The communication with the hosts was exceptional. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist made our stay even more memorable.

Property owner was very friendly and responsive when I had a question. The house and the space is exactly as it says on listing. Very quiet area for our family! Also very efficient, we didn't need to overpack because everything was there. We definitely would stay there again because even the grandbabies loved it!!

First of all Natalie is the best! From start to finish! She guided us to the best spots was always available when I messaged her and I now consider her a friend! Now about the house… simply beautiful! Not all cheesy beach deco… very tasteful! The beds are so comfy! The outdoor space is to die for. Each bedroom has their own bathroom and deck area… all bedrooms are very nice sized. From the outside it doesn’t look that big… but once inside you’ll be amazed ! The walk to public beach access was less than 7 mins. Wagon, umbrellas, chairs all available. We simply couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing vacation. The area is not over populated with tourists… it was quiet and peaceful! Can’t wait to go back and will def be staying in one of Natalie’s houses! Hope whoever is reading this knows this house is a 10/10! Don’t hesitate on booking ! You won’t regret it!

This home is exactly as described, extremely clean, and all the amenities are new. We had a great time. The owner is awesome. The responses to my emails were quick and she made sure i got the home booked for the dates I wanted. This location is 5 minutes from the marina where we went deep sea fishing. I will absolutely be staying here again.

The house, property and location were great! The host was also communicated every detail with me and was great. The only recommendation that I would sshave is to add a few of the smaller necessities. For example, there was only 1 trash bag, no dish soap or sponge, no bath soap (even the little hotel bars would be good). Our stay overall was very good and would stay here again!

Our family enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely come back! The location being closer to Panama city was less busy on the beach which we wanted. All the rooms were large and we had extra beds if more family was staying. The house was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The backyard gave us options to stay home and relax on lounge chairs or have a fire in the evening. We had colder weather with a random cold front so the fire pit area we used almost every night. Natalie was great to work with and we had no issues. Cute house for a vaca!

We stayed for two weeks at this lovely home. It was clean and well-stocked. The back yard is great and the home is a very close walk to the beach. There were several restaurants close by that we could walk to. The owners are very responsive and want to ensure that you have a nice visit. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Panama City Beach.

An unforgettable vacation. The place was super clean when we arrived. The living area and kitchen are perfect for spending quality time together as a family. Our girls and dogs all LOVED the backyard. Even in the chilly morning and evening temperatures, our girls did not want to leave the sand pit. Natalie was very helpful and responsive. We are so grateful for the opportunity to spend time together, including our pups. We will definitely be back!

From communicating before the stay and the amenities at the property, our stay could not have been better. Even with the cold snap, we enjoyed the fire pit and outside games. The beds were super comfy and the house was very roomy. We did not feel like we were on top of each other. We will definitely recommend 3palms to others and look forward to staying here again.

My family and I stayed at this property for five nights and needless to say we could have stayed longer! The property has everything that you will need to make it feel like home. The backyard is simply an oasis. I honestly can’t say enough about this property and the property management.

This place is the best my wife and I have been coming to this place for the last couple of years and we love it. Perfect for us to bring our fur baby with us to the beach. Can’t say enough about the place and the owners. 100% the best.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND - BEST BEACH HOUSE
The initial walk-in was amazing, the home is even better in person. The host was helpful with any questions we had throughout our stay. Between the home being large enough for the kiddos to play hide and seek to having a great, fenced in backyard with a sand pit and greenery area for fun games, we were very happy. We also brought our own inflatable pool which fit perfectly on the oversized deck! One night we had s’mores at the campfire which was a breeze. One of the best parts is the outdoor shower - not having to track in sand throughout the house everyday was a stress reliever - not to mention - the kiddos actually liked taking showers for once! The host has the home equipped with kitchenware, so you’ll be able to cook from home which was a life saver as eating out every night would’ve been costly. The beach was in a great proximity to the home and was only a 2 minute drive every time. This location was beautiful, felt safe and secure, and allowed us to truly enjoy our vacation. We will certainly be re-booking!

The house was better than the pictures. Everything was updated and modern. Within walking distance to a beach access. The backyard area was beautiful and the children enjoyed playing with the games. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect beach get away for families and pets!
Beautiful well stocked house that had everything we needed and more! The beds were so comfortable with soft sheets. We had brand new towels and even beach towels to use. We also got to borrow beach chairs and an umbrella. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could want. There were plenty of cups, plates, silverware and a Keurig coffee machine! The outdoor space was amazing! We could play corn hole. We loved drinking our coffee in the back yard every morning. This rental is set up perfect for pets! The back yard is fenced in and there is a pet cleaning station located in the back yard. The owner was so helpful throughout our stay. You can tell they really put so much work into making it a wonderful place to rent. Hands down, this is the best VRBO experience we have ever had! We will be back!

To sum it up, this house is much nicer than it even looks in the pictures! It's clean, updated and even has BIG tvs compared to other rentals. The neighborhood is quiet, and the host is just the best to deal with! I definitely recommend and will be staying here or at their other properties again!

Summer vacation
3palmshouse was, for us, a really good choice, really nice house, so clean, comftable, close to the beach, quiet neiborhood, our dogs were welcome too! and Natalie is a fantastic host ready for anything we need. I can highly recommended it.

The kitchen had everything we needed and then some for cooking great meals. The master bedroom was very comfortable and we loved having TVs for all the kids to splurge on screen time. I had some work to check in on and the fiber internet didn’t disappoint. There were plenty of towels and the stocked keurig was a nice touch. The beds were super comfortable. Lots of hot water even with our crew of 9. Amazon and InstaCart had no issues delivering.
