We were in town for a USTA tennis tournament (my wife and her friend were playing). The house was close to the tennis facility and was perfect. Clean, Comfortable and easy access to everything we needed.

Clean and fresh interior of this house in Lutz. Conveniently located to major roads, shopping etc. Beds were comfortable. Recommend room darkening curtains, but luckily we were there in the winter so the sun didn't rise too early. House has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would rent again.

House was clean, modern and spacious, exceeding expectations. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay again next time were in the area!

We had a very nice stay at this cute Florida house. We loved all the tropical decor. The listing is true to the reality of the home. The Big screen Tv and sound system were great. Enjoyed the kitchen and all the equipment was available and easy to find. Eating out in the screen porch was really nice. The lock on the door was very user friendly. If you have something to do in the area you will enjoy staying at this house.

This was a nice place to stay for our short time away from home as we had some work done on our house. It was clean, quiet and had everything we needed.

This house was perfect for our stay. The master bedroom suite was really nice. The double head shower with shower wand was awesome. Quality linens and towels. Great TVs for us. The two other bedrooms were nice sized and the shared bath was perfect.
Entry was easy and the kitchen was adequately equipped for our stay. We were gone most of the time, but we still enjoyed what time we were there. The huge living room couch held all 7 of us.
There was soap and shampoo to use if we needed it. Coffee pods were provided. And the kitchen was spotless too.
We didn’t use the outside area because it was a cold 3 days (37-55). But otherwise, the yard was large and the patio was great.
If we were to change/add anything at all, we would put tissues in the restrooms and the kitchen and provide better support to the front bedroom bed (it sank in the middle). But that is it. With our family living near there, if we travel with more than three of us, I will try to rent this property again. Host was very responsive to the few questions I had. Thank you for letting us use your lovely home.

The property was perfect for what was needed to comfortably house 4-5 coaches with plenty of room and bathrooms and still stay out of each other's hairs.
This was 10-15 mins away from the Advent Ice Center where us coaches were in town for and made life real nice. There's ample shopping and dining opportunities, to include: Costco, Aldi, Walgreens, clothing, etc.
Only downfall, that has nothing to do with the owner, is that there is no parking on the street by county ordinance. So we coaches had to be strategic in fitting 2, sometimes 3 cars, in the driveway which can only be done with compact cars.
Other than that, we would HIGHLY recommend reserving and contacting Susan with any prior questions you may have.
