We needed a place for a 2 day work retreat and this place was just perfect. Bedrooms & bathrooms for everyone plus roomy enough for us to work and collaborate. It couldn’t have been more perfect for our needs.

Beautiful house. Clean and with everything you need. Great location. We were 4 couples and 2 single ladies and we all had very comfortable rooms.

This house was perfect. It is exactly what we needed for the event. Very close to so much. The space was perfect for all ages and gave all of us our own space yet plenty of gathering space. Danielle was a wonderful host and very attentive to messages and any concerns we had prior to our stay. We loved it.

I did not know the owner though this will read as though I did. However, the property owner and the rental were both second to none. I can't say enough about it - so roomy, clean, well appointed, close to the stadium, great in every way. I really know I'm shooting myself in the foot by writing this as I want to be able to rent it again without it filling up too fast next time, but just amazing. Rent with utter confidence! Thank you!

We needed a spacious and relaxed house for a family gathering across three generations. The house was perfect. Very clean, well appointed and the manager was really helpful when needed.

This location far exceeded expectations. The owner was incredibly communicative and helpful when we needed to change dates and check in times. Property was beautiful and well furnished with a fully stocked coffee bar. We cannot recommend this place enough for those who may be visiting the Annapolis area.

This house was perfect for are large family that was in town for an event at the Navel Academy. It was convenient located to the academy and downtown and even had a few places to grab food in walking distance. The house was very well stocked and had plenty of room for everyone. The host was quick to respond and very friendly. Would highly recommend.

We rented this property to celebrate our family Christmas and it was perfect. I was extremely pleased upon opening the front door to see that there was a Christmas tree set up in the living room! There were 7 adults and 3 children and the house fit us perfectly…plenty of space and even a basement with air hockey which the boys enjoyed immensely. The kitchen was very well stocked. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience for us all!

We had an amazing time. This is just what we needed for our family’s Thanksgiving celebration/reunion. The house is spacious, very comfortable, and great for a wide age range. It is also the most well equipped rental I’ve ever stayed in. The location is fantastic. Great coffee shop and other amenities nearby and very easy to get to downtown Annapolis. The host, Danielle, was very helpful and quick to answer questions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat

14 of us stayed at this property for a homecoming weekend at the Naval Academy. The location was great - easy walking distance to the stadium and a little longer walk to both USNA and downtown Annapolis. The house was also great. Clean with excellent amenities throughout. Nothing was scrimped on and we had no complaints about the accommodations. Will definitely look at this property again for future events.

This is a lovely house - pics don’t do it justice! We had a great family weekend with lots of room for college kids and adults alike. Convenient to USNA and quick access through Gate 8. Danielle was a pleasure to work with - we will be back!!

Our family had a really wonderful stay! The home was very comfortable, clean, stocked well (from linens all the way to fun games for all ages). Our pup even had a really nice time, enjoying the side yard.
Easy .5mile walk to downtown Annapolis but far enough away where we were out of the congestion. Parking in front of the home was easy.
Danielle was prompt to reply and assisted in a very professional, friendly manner.
Thank you for this awesome home that has allowed us to create lasting memories!
