The location was perfect, across from the beach and board walk as my WONDERFUL Property Manager had advised… Brandon was so informative and very nice and personable!!!
There is a need for a light over the dining area, and it would be nice if the pool was heated, and my mattress in the big room was uncomfortable and is hot especially because it’s got plastic over it 😠

Perfect for our family of 5! Had everything you’d need. The pool is a nice little refreshing splash - just what the kids needed after a day at the beach. Definitely coming back - and staying longer!
The location is great but it does get loud outside at night and stays loud late. The sound machines in the bedrooms help.

Parking situation and rules were never explain to us which led to an unfriendly altercation with unit number 36. Construction to the building started early in the morning and was loud and also blocked some of the parking spaces as well as blocking the beach access for beach carts and easy access to the beach.  the construction supplies made it impossible to push carts through on one side and the dumpster access blocked the other side.

There was no toilet paper. We had 4 people using 1/2 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom.

The location! It is close to everything. There were plenty of places to eat (walking distance). We went with a double stroller and we could get easily to all the entertainment. The property has beach view and the beach it’s just across the street.
The full size bed is very comfortable, it has like a hole in it so it’s hard to sleep and also, the outside of the building is ugly and old.

Location is outstanding. Owner contacted me concerning our stay has a hurricane was hitting close to location with some local flooding, and offered to move dates (we chose not to move them) and they sent check in information promptly on the day of check in. It is literally across a narrow road from the Boardwalk, and the Beach with access to beach very convenient. Local restaurants within walking distance as well as ICE Cream shop and book store. Within a short drive to several tourist locations such Battleship North Carolina in Wilmington, and the North Carolina Aquarium at Fisher Fort. Overall a fantastic stay.
The beds could be a little softer--however, that is a matter of opinion :)

Arrived earlier than expected and was able to get into the property sooner than expected. There was plenty of space for my rambunctious toddlers to play in and it was so close to the beach that I never got any sand in my car!!!!! I had a wonderful vacation with my kids at this property!!!!!

I would recommend black out curtains fir the master bedroom and the fan did not work, otherwise would love to come back again.

Could use a few more linens and towels. Water pressure wasn't great, maybe needs new showerhead, otherwise great.

I loved how close it is to the boardwalk and the shops! plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance too. The kitchen was very nice. Has a spacious balcony, perfect for eating breakfast on.
They were doing construction on the next condo over, so we were awoken every day by them using power tools and banging on things.
