Location is great and place has plenty of room to spread out. Nice dock for our boat in a quiet cove off the main channel with views of the channel. We had a great time.

The house itself was pretty and in a good location. The inside could have been a little cleaner but it was a nice house. The outside could have used a lot of work and clean up. The beach area was over grown and unusable, the umbrella on the dock was broken, the majority of the patio chairs were broken or falling apart, the grill was pretty well rusted through. The supplies provided were very limited. We did enjoy our stay but it could have been better. We did reach out to the property manager the morning after arriving once we realized some issues however they didn’t do anything to fix any of them.

The house was mostly clean and good for 10 adults and 2 kids. A nice enclosed area for the 2 dogs to run around. A short walk to the dock and our boat!! The grill needs a good cleaning, the dishwasher rack needs fixing or replaced, the oven needs fixing-food burns easily, and the garbage drawer needs to be fixed. The house also needs more frying pans and sauce pans-they easily stick or not enough for making dinner for 12 people. We weren’t happy with the cleaning service, they left sheets in the dryer and dishes in the dishwasher and we weren’t sure what was clean and dirty towels, sheets etc. and the beds were badly made and the floors made our feet very dirty. The neighbor was cranky and was upset with us while we were unloading our cars before we launched our boat said “this is not a parking lot”. Otherwise it was a good vacation and we made due.

Our family stayed for a week in late June and had a great time. Family members included my wife and I, our adult children including spouces and 4 grandchildren ranging in ages from 6 months to 14 year old. The house is very family friendly with a large kitchen and dining table next to it along with a living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the first floor. The lower level had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is easy access to the lake and we swam from the dock as well as the shore line. We did not eat out once and were able to cook all of our meals in the well stocked kitchen. Views of the lake were nice and we spent time on the back decks enjoying the view. The one issue we had was resolved the same day by the very responsive managment company. Our plan is to return next year and enjoy this property again.

It was disgustingly filthy inside and out. The carpet was so stained and dirty we were afraid to take off our shoes, we didn't even want our dog to lay on it! It didn't look like the outside had been cleaned this year, maybe not last year either. The grass in some places looked like it hadn't been cut this year. The outside of the house was covered with spiders and spider webs and there were many inside as well. For those who might think I'm exaggerating, I would suggest you ask for many current pictures before renting this property. It doesn't look anything like the pictures on Vrbo!

Great spot on the lake and very clean property! Was a little tough to get a hold of someone for answers on a few minors things but property still definitely gets 5 stars

Very happy with property. We celebrated a family Christmas weekend with our parents, children and grandchildren. Property was clean. A few minor problems included a clogged bathroom shower/tub, one of the bed linens had stains on it, no sugar for coffee maker, a few rug stains, a few light bulbs burned out, and wall behind recliner in living room was scrapped. I would not hesitate to rent again.

Great amenities! Great location! The house was spacious and clean. Our family had a great weekend together.
