Beautiful house and great location. Well supplied kitchen and linens. Nice touch to include shampoo and soap. A few enhancements would have made the stay perfect. We could not get the gas grill to work. The dishwasher was not working well despite using the vinegar and Finish. Dishes in the cabinets probably were washed by former guests and many were full of soap scum and sediment. The master bathroom shower- although beautiful— did not drain well and the shower stayed full of water for hours.

Beautiful home steps from Ventura Beach and very close to downtown. Fully updated kitchen and 3 bathrooms were a big plus. Large driveway to park cars. Loved the decor and all of the board games.

This house was super nice. The location was amazing, it was so spacious and comfortable, and we had a wonderful stay. My only complaint was some cobwebs in the corners in a few spots, but it wasn’t a big deal and I’d still stay here again in a heartbeat!

This place was amazing. The beach was super close and quiet. The house was well appointed with beach toys for your little one. The house was roomy and well appointed. Our only minor gripe is that the description of the furnishings didn’t mention a pack-n-play and high chair. That would have saved us some trouble in terms of what we carried with us. We can’t recommend this place enough and hope to come back soon.

This house was really great for us and our four kids. Close to beach, restaurants, and a short drive from downtown Ventura. The only complaint is that the house is falling apart a little for the price. (Shaky sliding doors, busted leather seats in dining room, etc.) There was also NO HOT WATER in that beautiful bathtub which was a major let down after a long flight.

This was a perfect property for our family getaway. Easy walk to the beach, a great dining table for eating and late night board games, and comfortable sleeping arrangements for our group of five. The house had everything we needed and we also loved being so close to the grocery store and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for four nights at the Pierpont Bay house with four adults and 2 children. The house was beautiful, and clearly has been newly renovated. The six of us fit comfortably and there was more than enough space to relax and unwind in the common areas. The kitchen is beautiful and spacious and we enjoyed cooking dinners and hanging out around the large island. The backyard and landscaping is beautiful and we also loved relaxing on the deck as well. The best thing about this house is the location - literally steps away from the beach. We loved our stay and will definitely be returning!
The only negative comment I have is that the shower in one of the bathrooms was broken and couldn’t be used. I’d imagine this can easily be fixed for the next guest. With 3 full bathrooms, it wasn’t really an issue for us.

This home surely must have been recently built or completely updated. The home was comfortable and light and bright and within 4 houses from a beach access. Overall it was a lovely location to spend a month in winter 2022!

Great property - Great location!
A beautiful, newer property nicely furnished and decorated. We really enjoyed our stay here! Just a short walk to the beach was so nice. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Only issues were with in my attempt to get an early check in that we needed as our timing for arrival was 45 minutes early but they couldn't accommodate that and then when I asked about late checkout, they sent me an option to pay $40.00 more for 2 more hours as the checkout was 10 am not the usual 11 am I used too, which I thoughts was a little crazy but again the house and location is extremely nice.

This is a great property. The location is close to shops and restaurants. Very close to the Ventura pier and downtown Ventura. Will definitely book this location again. Turnkey made sure we were well taken care of.

Great experience. The house is high-end, comes equipped with everything you need including beach towels, boogie boards, and gear. The home features a great layout for a large family or two small ones. The place is 4 houses from the beach, low traffic area, yet also walkable to some basic food options.
