This home was soooo beautiful. My family agreed that we want to book this home every time we come to Louisville. It really looks just like the pictures but even better in person. This was spacious enough for everyone. We even utilized the air mattresses. The fire pit is nice I wish we would have done a bonfire.

It was a great and fun house to stay in. The layout and kitchen were awesome! Louisville is an awesome place!

This house has all the modern amenities you would expect and is beautifully appointed. The bedrooms are quiet and comfortable. Matt is very responsive and accommodating! We were 4 work colleagues staying together for a tradeshow and this house met all our needs. The yard is very private with a charming firepit. We enjoyed our stay immensely and plan on rebooking this house for our tradeshow next year! Thanks Matt!

We had 4 couples together for a weekend getaway to attend Keeneland and do the Bourbon Trail. And we had the opportunity to have the Arts fair at the same time. House is very nice, kitchen well stocked, fire pit was perfect at night. The two TVs were great to watch two different games. Loved it!!

Everything as advertised, clean and updated inside. Backyard was great for getting together at the end of the day. We will definitely use this property again

Matthew was an amazing host. The property was better than the description and the pictures. It is a perfect house for any stay in Louisville. I would recommend the property to anyone.

My friends and I had a great stay here for our long weekend get-together. The house itself was close to everything and was recently renovated. It was very spacious and we thought the updates / décor were well done. The backyard was a great place to sit in the evenings. The neighborhood itself is residential and was described by one of our drivers as "up-and-coming." That is probably as fair a representation as you'll get. It is a neighborhood that stretches back over a hundred years and that has left it with quite the mix of houses - both well maintained and updated like this one, and others yet to undergo needed updates. We never felt unsafe but I can imagine others might be less comfortable walking around. Not that you would need to as you are a short drive or uber ride to most things. Owner was responsive and checkout asks were very reasonable. All in all, I highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Louisville.

Hosts were great with communication and the house was perfect for the three couples we had staying. Everyone had their own space and the common areas allowed eveyone to gather.

We absolutely love this place and plan on renting again if our travels bring us back to Louisville!

We spent a week for a guy's trip to Louisville and walked away very impressed with this house. It was extremely clean and well appointed, and only a very short drive from most everything there is to see & do in Louisville. Matt was an exceptional host. He was quick to respond with any and all questions, and laid out very nice, detailed recommendations for things to do and places to visit. I highly recommend this property!!

In the area to participate in a youth baseball tournament in Elizabethtown and used this house as our home base for two families. It worked out really well. Since we were in town for an entire week, we didn't want hotel rooms - we wanted space where we could spread out. This home was wonderful for our needs - beautifully redone with all the conveniences. Lots of space - the kitchen came in handy so we didn't have to eat all of our meals out. Definitely used the washer and dryer. :) There was even an air mattress to help breakup siblings that didn't want to sleep in the same bed. The backyard provided extra space for kids to get some energy out and in the evenings it was filled with fireflies!!! SO FUN! And the location worked out well so that we could easily explore the sites in Louisville too! Churchill Downs, Louisville Slugger Museum, and the University. The only thing we really missed out on was Whiskey Row...but it was all right there! - too many kid activities - so sad. It's in a historic neighborhood and I enjoyed the charm. Hosts were awesome! On top of everything. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Some friends and I stayed for a couple of nights here. The house is beautiful, located close to everything. We would recommend it to others.

5 of us loved the house, very comfortable and well equipped, especially the kitchen. We ate in one night, used the grill and enjoyed drinks in the nice bourbon glassware. Good air conditioning and the house was quiet as well. A plus rating, great for a group of friends touring Louisville area.

We absolutely loved staying in this historic home for our annual girls trip!! Mathew & Melissa have done an amazing job with this house - plenty of space, comfortables beds and great bathrooms, and a fabulous large kitchen and dining area! Would highly recommend and hope to come back for another visit!!!

This property was in a perfect location to get to downtown Louisville happenings and to Churchill Downs for racing. Also easy to get out of the the city to distilleries, Property was nicely updated old Louisville brick home with great indoor and outdoor spaces. We would return again on a trip to the area!

We thoroughly enjoyed our early morning coffee in the beautiful kitchen and late night movies in the front room! Also, special thanks to our Hosts for the thoughtful touches from fresh flowers to yummy oatmeal raisin cookies! My siblings and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay!❤️

We stayed at the property with extended family while we were in town for our daughters graduation. The property was perfect! It was updated and nicely furnished with an amazing kitchen and two living areas. We loved the deck, furniture and bistro lights in the back yard as well as the big front porch with seating. We will definitely consider it when visiting Louisville again to visit our son who will start college in the fall.

Really a great house for our family staying during the Derby. It was close to downtown and close to the Churchill Downs. Easy to get in and out of the house, neighborhood, etc. Would certainly recommend to others. Owners were very gracious and extremely easy to communicate with on any changes or suggestions.

My family and I went to Louisville for a weekend, and we loved staying at this house. We had enough space to spread out, everything was very clean, and Matthew was a wonderful host. He was helpful leading up to booking and answered all of my questions. The home has such charm and a great floor plan. There were lots of other thoughtful details that made the stay very comfortable - blackout curtains in the bedrooms, TVs in every bedroom, coffee & coffee filters, shampoo/conditioners/soap in the bathrooms. Overall, it was a lovely stay with wonderful hosts!

Went down to Louisville for my buddy’s bachelor party and we had a blast! The place was very clean, plenty of room, and the host was super helpful and informative throughout our stay. Would definitely like to go back and stay again! Amazing!

We came to Louisville once before in October for a one night stay on our way to the Great Smoky Mountains but this trip was to see Blake Shelton/explore the area. The home was exactly what you expect from the pictures posted. Matt was easy to work with & even provided his suggestions while we were there. Those came in handy & his high recommendation of the best burger at the Holy Grael was a must have! We loved it! We travel with another couple & each of us took a day to go off & do our own exploring of the city as well as Kentucky. My husband stumbled across Pho Ba Luu; delicious Thai street food. The Pho was one of the best I've had & my husband loved his noodle bowl. This property was conveniently located to the interstate that made travel easy. The home was quite relaxing & quiet. We did not have wifi during stay due to severe weather a few days before our arrival but it was lovely to be unplugged & enjoying each other's company. I highly recommend this property anytime you're in Louisville & we are already planning our next trip to the area.

We had a great time at this property. 6 adults stayed here while we were doing bourbon tours over a long weekend. The house has been beautifully renovated and was extremely comfortable. There is plenty of space and the kitchen is really nice. When we weren’t sleeping most of our time spent at the house was in the kitchen. Communication with the hosts was excellent all weekend. My family all agrees that we would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town.

We were a group of 6 adults and two infants and we had just a wonderful stay at Matthew and Melissa’s property. The home is absolutely beautiful with plenty of space to hangout, cook, and sleep. The check in/check out process was very smooth and Matt was very communicative leading up to the stay. They even had coffee, tea, and cookies waiting for us when we checked in! Overall, would definitely recommend this home. The entire group loved it, even said it was the best rental property they’d ever stayed at!

Absolutely loved staying at this property. Super close to Whiskey Row; perfect for a guys trip. The house was clean and comfortable. Great beds for a good night sleep after tasting all day. Matt was attentive and had a new coffee pot to us within 4 hours of discovering a broken machine. Highly recommend.
