From the start communication was fantastic from Sabine. We were given the telephone number of the house manager and we were asked what time we would like to check in. We sent a message and were given precise details of how to get onto the estate, a pin was dropped for us to follow and the GPS coordinates given. On arrival we were met by the lovely Hilde who was so friendly, polite and informative. Showed us around the property and gave us all the information we needed. She met us on check out to collect the keys. She was always a few minutes early also. The villa is so well loved and clean. It has all the utensils one needs (we were so delighted to also see things like salt, pepper, olive oil there to use too! ). When I say clean, there wasn't a cobweb in sight in the rafters - it was spotless. The villa doesn't have any more "creepy crawlies than what you would get staying in a hotel as it's so clean. The swimming pool is amazing and big enough to swim a few lengths. A wonderful pool! We used it every day and loved it! There is air conditioning also which we needed LOL! Bedrooms are spacious, the communal areas have all the facilities you need - Flat screen TV, WIFI, bluetooth speaker, Nespresso coffee machine, French press, coffee grinder. Modern oven and hob. The estate restraints are a 5 minute walk away - The beach restaurant is the best - book a table for sunset! The pizza restaurant there does take away and really lovely pizza! We hired a car (VW Polo) and had o trouble getting it in and out. There is a small hump but the car clears it no trouble. I recommend this villa to anyone wanting a private getaway with the facilities of a few restaurants nearby. Friendly lovely people on hand who really want you to simply enjoy their villa! We loved it - thank you Sabine and team for a most wonderful holiday!

The house is in a very quite and safe area, but still easy walking distance to restaurant, bar and beach.
