The place was a garage beforehand or an outside place of some sort and the ground was solid concrete painted over. The shower was not even big enough to shave my legs. And the bed was very uncomfortable. Online was described as something totally different than in person. The AC Also sucked. Was not happy with it especially with how much we spent for one night. We won’t be staying here again.

This was perfect for my wife and I. Conveniently located to good food spots and a 10 min walk to the beach. We did appreciate the gifts in the fridge and snacks and will use again for our next stay at Cocoa Beach.

I thought that the owner went above and beyond to provide a nice unit.

was kind of small, not much kitchen area for cooking, a little out dated, but not bad over all. Pool needed to be vacuumed.

This place is perfect for 2 people. It has everything you need for a beach day, night life, food, shopping, all within walking distance! My husband and I loved Cocoa Beach and can't wait to come back.

We stayed from April 1st-8th 2023. The weather was amazing all week. The cottage has everything you need. Beach is just across the street down about abock. Sunsets were found at the local restaurants on the water. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you. The Trufant's.

Pros: short walk to beach, shops and groceries. Pool is nice. Property management great and easy to get a hold of. Bed very comfortable. Snacks provided all necessary kitchen items provided. Cons: Definitely not for more than 2 people. Pull out couch when out blocks entry to bathroom. Hard to get it set up. Very heavy coffee table that has no place to go when couch is pulled out. No counter space for food prep. Needs a cutting block that can sit over sink to give some counter space. Bathroom needs hooks for towels no place to hang them. It's the back of a garage converted into a suite so you will hear the garage door when cleaner comes to get supplies. Pictures are not current of property. All in all it's good for 2 people who like to get out for meals and hang by the pool. I loved I could walk to everything.

Wicked Cozy Cottage

We had a fabulous 4 day stay at the Shell Cottage in Cocoa Beach. This property has everything! Great pool and outdoor seating for relaxation day or evening. Close to Port Caveral, 20 mins to Kennedy Space Centre. Only a block to the beach and a beach wagon, chairs and umbrella are available to use. There was a tray of snacks in our room when we checked in and two drinks in the fridge. Mandy and Lisa were great to deal with. We plan to come back next year.

Stayed for just a couple nights but it was very nice. Had an issue with check in that was resolved quickly once I contacted the manager. Overall very nice experience, perfect little locale for visiting Cocoa Beach.

We loved the Shell Cottage! It is close to the beach. I appreciate using the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for our picnic supplies. Parking is a bit tight getting in & out of the driveway. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. A much better experience than staying at a hotel in the area❣️

We stayed here for a quick night before our cruise. It was nice to have the pool in the back and relax at night by the pool.

Compact two-room unit with everything you need. Excellent location within walking distance of the and attractions.

We booked Shell Cottage for a night before our cruise. When we got there, there was a dish of snacks and some cookies, a sweet surprise! There were a few nice cold beverages in the fridge to start our relaxing time at the beach. The unit was clean and freshly decorated. We only stayed for one night, but there were so many amenities we wished we had time to check out. The pool area was clean, there were hammocks and even a wagon to take to the beach. The beach is just a short walk, and there are restaurants, shops and grocery stores also within walking distance. The house is divided into a few different units, we barely heard our neighbors. I would love to come back and stay with family, it would be the perfect place to all stay together but have privacy if we rented out separate units.

We hang out in Cocoa Beach often. We’re aiming to move here, so we’ve stayed in many places around the area. This was such an amazing place to find on short notice. Our room had everything we could need! Even a stepping stool for my 4’11” self! There were even snacks waiting for us! And welcome beers!!💗💗💗 we were celebrating our 9 year anniversary so comfort and ease of use were very important to us. We slept well. Prepared food easily. LOVED hanging out by the pool! Sometimes we were there with other guest but we had plenty of times where we had it all to ourselves during the week. Our space was small but it was so well designed it never felt cramped. Especially, since we had ample sitting space outside. The whole back yard felt like an oasis. Crossing the street was easy to get to the beach. We only had to wait maybe a minute for traffic to give us a wide window to pass. Cleanliness is really important to us and everything we used met our expectations. I did lose an earring and took the couch apart looking for it and found some crumbs under the couch. I brought it to the managers attention and instead of being defensive like many VRBO managers are, she was grateful and very quickly addressed it with the cleaning staff. I believe they believe in quality care and management of their property. I admire this. During our trip my boyfriend proposed on our anniversary! He chose Cocoa Beach because it’s our favorite spot and wanted it to be somewhere we could return and celebrate every year. This will be the first place I try to book. Especially with the price! Such a great deal!
