The property is one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. It’s well-stocked in the kitchen and has plenty of beach supplies.

This was an incredible property. It had everything described in the online listing and more. It easily accommodated 10 of us with plenty of room to spare. The large open kitchen and numerous living spaces were great. The beach toys, boards, chairs, umbrella, and towels were really nice to have access to. The owners were very good at communicating and even called after check in to make sure we were settled in and to see if we had any questions. A great experience, we will be back for sure.

This was one of the best houses we have ever rented! It was spotless, had more amenities than we’ve seen before in the kitchen, close to beach access, beautiful views, etc. We can’t say enough about this home!

This amazing beach house provided us with everything we needed for a family vacation at the beach. The house was immaculate and looked exactly like the photos. The pool lounge is a great place for the adults to hang out while the kids swim in the crystal clear pool. Best of all, the beach is just a short walk away. The homeowner was very responsive and kind. Highly recommend a stay here!

This is a beautiful vacation home. It has all the amenities our multigenerational family needed for a week long spring break stay. The pool was a real stand out for us. The owners were very easy to work with although not much was needed from them. I highly recommend this property and hope we can return in the future.

The house was great! Pool was great! Sound system on TV and in Pool area were great! House was clean and as advertised. If I were buying or building, I would copy what you have! We will be back!

From start to finish the owners have been amazing! I had to change the dates in the beginning and they accommodated my needs without hesitation , later this week due to unexpected flight delays I needed to add a day and they were on top of it as well!! As far as the house, it truly met all our needs. They had everything I needed to feel at home . They had beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas for our beach days and a pool for our lazy days. It truly had all the amenities for someone out of town. The downstairs area was perfect for the evening to wind down with my friends and catch up on life. I typically stay 2 weeks every September and this is a house I’ll rebook for sure!! Thank you both for an amazing two weeks of great weather and even better memories! ❤️

We had such a wonderful stay at the Blue Isle Retreat! This home was equipped with it all- an elevator to assist with packing and unpacking, an amazing gourmet kitchen, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, porches galore, a great backyard set up and more! This was the cleanest property we have stayed at in 5+ years and the owners were wonderful to assist us with any needs. The beach was just a short walk or ride down the street! This home provides great bikes, pool toys, beach toys, a beach wagon and beach towels. There is a home sound system that allowed us to play music for the kids while they were swimming and I could listen to something totally different while I cooked, it was a really nice feature. We enjoyed our week so much and recommend Blue Isle Retreat!

We had a fantastic week at the beach. The house was amazing and had every amenity we could think of. The elevator was an added feature we didn’t think we’d love so much! The pool area was perfect for those who didn’t want to sit at the beach all day. The location to the beach was just a short walk. Jennifer was very good at communicating and checking in with us. We would definitely rent this house if we come back to OIB.

BEAUTIFUL HOME! Decorated like a model home and the space for families is amazing. Our grandchildren, ages 8-17 wanted a beach vacation this year and this property did not disappoint. From the moment we stepped foot on the property we felt at home. Having the elevator was such a wonderful perk as we were able to bring my mother in-law along for rest as she has been recovering from recent hip surgery and she was so relaxed. The kitchen has everything you could ever think of and more! Balconies on the front and back of the house gave everyone a chance to enjoy sunrise, sunset and wonderful breezes. The game room was so much fun that I think the adults played more than the kids. Each room comes with it's own unique style and comfort. It was so wonderful to hear from the owners by phone, email and text to just check in to make sure our stay was comfortable. They truly made us feel special. he neighborhood is quiet and neighboring guests very friendly. This was by far the most relaxing family vacation we have had and we can't wait to plan our 2023 vacation. Thank you Ashford family for sharing this beautiful piece of heaven with our family. We had the best time relaxing with family and friends. The house is thoughtfully designed with all the amenities. Close enough to the beach and shops. We highly recommend the property & would stay again!

This property was perfect for our vacation. Large enough for friends and family. Great covered area near pool when weather didn't cooperate:) Spent most of the time outdoors but the house was beautiful and layout was great. Thanks for a wonderful trip. You have done a great job with the house and it has everything you need.
