While it was nice being next to a park in such a densely populated city as Delhi, there really wasn't much else of interest in the area. Still it wasn't much of a walk to the metro or the Bahai temple. Facilities are excellent. Plus there are snacks and drinks available any time. Cleanliness is an obsession at HOC.

As in so many places in India, it's difficult to figure out how various in-room electrical facilities work. Might be a good idea to put together sheet that details the directions for operating the TV, AC and kettle, etc.

Everything was fine during our stay .

Nothing. Little walk as taxi stopped a few metres before due to lots of car parking on the street.

Great place in Delhi, in a quiet & safe neighboorhood. People there are really nice (working people as well as the owner). Bedrooms are nice with enough comfort & space as well as the bathroom

In winter, the room & bathroom were quite humide. It was difficult to get clothes dry after the rain or towels dry after the shower, even with the small heater.

It is at the dead m-end of a very narrow and crowded lane. We came in a Toyota Innova and it was a real struggle to get there and get out of.

All in all, it’s definitely a good choice compared to the alternatives in Delhi. Very much appreciated the kindness from the staff, super welcoming. I would recommend it (especially for backpackers)

Quite noisy heater on the night table, despite it is typical in New Delhi. I would suggest to add one double sheet to separate body from the blanket. Not 100% easy to be reached by car, due to narrow streets in the neighborhood.

The staff is very nice and helpful. If you have any problems they will help you. You can take as much towels and soap as you need. They provide free coffe, tea and snack which is very nice gesture. Bathroom is very nice.

The rooms are a bit small and it gets cold in the winter (they provide heater). Boiler doesn't have a lot of hot water inside so it doesn't take long that you spend all hot water.

Beautiful property,well maintained and excellent facilities.Staff were really polite and helpful. Better than any hotels in Delhi in this price range.

Everything was clean and the owner was very friendly and helpful.

We had difficulties for the Uber cars to get to the hotel due to the narrow streets. Walking was ok but did not feel 100% comfortable.

Excellent experience for 2 nights,felt safe and comfortable house to stay.

Rooms are elegantly decorated and well maintained the main thing i was looking was a hygienic house and thanks to them they provided me a super hygienic rooms thanks to BOOKING.COM. for house of comfort.
