The host (Ashot) is amazing, he can arrange everything (dinner, taxi...) if you want to. He offers a delicious breakfast for a great price. He is really friendly, you feel like home. When you pass through the gate to courtyard, you feel like you're not in a city anymore. We're going back when we return to Yerevan.

there’s nothing that I liked about it
It was not comfortable at all, they messed up our room, put us in a different room first then made us change the room. The location is also horrible as it would take you a lot of time to get to the center.

Incredible quality/price. Easily accessible via public transport. Autonomous hot water. No street noise. Reliable locks (risible, but a distinct advantage by standards of Armenia).
Poor view. No reception. The flush toilet is not fixed properly. TV screen in the room, which is present (that is, susceptible to occasional damage) but not connected (that is, useless).

Had a great time staying here. The hosts here are very welcoming and help you with anything you may need. We had a nice cozy and comfortable room too. Overall It was great staying here and would definitely book here again 😁

The owner is a kind and welcoming person, arranged for an early check in and offered us a drink and fruit. The room is nice and clean.
Some misfunctioning in the water system, quickly solved. Long walk to the city center.

Good location with many shops and restaurants and a park. Nice beds. Helpful host.
Dusty on the floor. It is not soundproof. No air-conditioning. Glass doors meaning light coming in from hall and bathroom.

The host was very nice. Even though he didn't speak English and we didn't speak Armenian or Russian, we found ways to communicate and he was very helpful. Whenever we had questions, he replied immediately. He was very friendly, and made us feel very welcome.
Overall we enjoyed our experience, however the bathroom was a little bit hard to navigate because there wasn't a lot of space between the shower and toilet.
