The hosts were very responsive and super helpful. We had a couple of problems with the TV but overall the stay was wonderful. They always worked to resolve any issues we had which were few.

My favorite part of the house was the covered porch. It was all around very nice, me and my family didnt have any complaints.

Super cute house! Owner very communicative. House was clean with all the amenities. Comfortable furniture. Quiet neighborhood. Screened in porch was a delight with the spring weather! Very close to all restaurants, shopping and entertainment/attractions in area. Would definitely stay there again!

Everything was great! Except the air conditioning thermostat was locked and couldn’t adjusted.

Everything about this property was amazing. Perfect amount of space and the outdoor seating was perfect for this time of year. I was a little taken back that there were only 5-6 towels (with 2 adults and 6 kids we just washed every other day) and there was only 1 spare trash bag but those are minor things. The property manager was prompt, informative, and overall great in every transaction we had over the entire weekend.

All in all a good stay
Good stay, clean and well equipped. There are no TV's in the bedrooms, and the one on the screened in porch wouldn't work. I suggest bringing your own bed pillows as the ones they have are hard and uncomfortable. Someone had pulled the garbage can to the road for garbage pickup on Wednesday before we had time to put our trash in it and push it out ourselves Tuesday evening. Kinda weird. These issues probably wouldn't have bothered us but we stayed an entire week. We were there for a softball tournament.

We came for the Hangout Festival and were really only here for that reason. We were only there to sleep, but the house itself was beautiful and would be great for family getaways. The outdoor area was a nice addition. Judy was a nice host and if I had issues, she was easy to contact.
