the bed was comfy but the one side sagged really badly.

Convenient location. Good wi-fi. Hand soap provided.
Very cramped, we pulled the bed sideways a bit (as far as we could) but it was still very difficult to get round it, and impossible to open more than the top drawer fully. Also, the bed is a very narrow double, the sheet was too small to tuck in properly and you have to get out of bed to turn off the light.

For the money, great for city centre access and had a full kitchen, so could self cater.

Location.. very comfy bed.
Mould in showerr tray. Missing drain cap on shower tray.
Bed up against the walll. Very small room.

Laundry facilities good - this was the first place we stayed that had a dryer.
Kitchen facilities fine.
Thanks for complimentary tea and coffee.
The bed was terrible - too narrow and too short for one tall person and one medium.

Good location, that's about it.
Avoid.
Filthy. Hairs in sink, dirty sock at the foot of the bed, black mold all over the shower. There was a white balloon full of water in the cupboard?? Honestly perplexed. Mattress feels like you're sleeping on a sponge pudding.

The location was good and it was cheap yo be fair
There was a bag full of rubbish on the back of the bathroom door. The bed hadn't been made, literally had to pit the sheet etc on ourselves as it was hanging off the bed, it had vlearly been slept in. Walls too thin, can't be helped but other guests were noisy and I could not sleep left at 4am to go home because I needed sleep. The light bulb was also missing from the main light.

The location. Bathroom attached to the bedroom was a good size. Access to a washing machine.
Noisy. Missing keys and access codes. The wet laundry left in the floor in laundry area.
