The house was infested with moths. The featured bedroom with ensuite and sitting area located at the top of the house with views, was unusable due to moths inside bedding, couch, drapes, bath and ceilings. Moths were elsewhere but not as bad. One of the toilets upon arrival had a black mass rotting inside with mold on toilet bowl, and reeking, obviously not cleaned before we arrived. The toilet in that bath was halfway under the sink with a wobbly plastic seat that shifted when sat upon, eventually leaving a bruising on the thigh.. Another feature was the pool table but there was no lighting above it so you couldn't use it in the evening upon returning from our days' adventures. Lights were weak or lacking in living room and bedrooms making reading impossible. We have used VRBO for years and this was the biggest disappointment. We love Idyllwild and don't mind some bugs. Worse of all was the response to these problems by the property managers from Ready to Getaway, Lexis and Zach - which was to do and offer nothing. Then VRBO directed us back to them and washed their hands of the problem. We hope no one else had to deal with such horrible conditions and lack of concern and redress.

Amazing home with gorgeous, spacious interior. Each bedroom is unique - and so fun for the kids. The living room is so cozy and warm. Kitchen is incredible and we comfortably cooked a wonderful Thanksgiving meal. Customer service was above and beyond - thank you!

My family met my brothers family and my parents here for my Dad’s 80th bday. The house was perfect for us! It’s definitely a quirky set up with so many rooms, but it is clean, and roomy, and well appointed. There was plenty of space around us for the kids to play outside, and some trails just down the street. The kitchen was great for cooking a big family meal, and the pool table and basketball hoops downstairs kept everyone entertained. There is a fire place and heating for cold winter nights, but we’d love to come back in the summer too. We really enjoyed our stay.

The cabin was perfect for our small film crew. There was a bedroom and bathroom for each individual (there were 4 of us). Lexis and Zach had great communication as well.
