Louis' place is great. A tad on the smaller side but a perfect place for our getaway weekend. Close to the street car and easy to find. Will be back!

Me and my husband stayed here for a couple days while visiting New Orleans. This was in a very good spot and it was very easy to walk a few blocks and catch the trolley to go explore the city. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice having the little patio to sit out on while drinking coffee in the morning.

I agree with all the positive reviews on this property. It's great! I stayed here as a single traveler over Mardi Gras weekend. Space wise, this was a perfect studio for just me, but adding a second guest would be totally doable. Great area, as the location is perfect right on Magazine giving you access to many things in walking distance, but also a quick uber ride to the rest of the city. Agree the bakery just steps away is perfect for your morning breakfast, although the Keurig in kitchen is a nice touch. I felt totally safe here staying alone. Easy check in/out. Also the place was spotless when I arrived. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is such a gem. Fantastic location, easy check in and communication with property owner. This is our go-to place to stay when we come to NOLA! Location is the best. Right next to bars, restaurants and shopping, plus easy access to public transport to the French Quarter. Communication with the property owner was very fast and even accommodated us with early check in a storing our bags upon departure. We will definitely be back!

This studio was perfect for us due to its location, comfort and price. It’s close to so many restaurants and parks. Who needs a large kitchen when traveling to NOLA? The studio was clean and the bed was comfortable. Louis was quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again!

After visiting the French Quarter, we were enjoyed this stay on Magazine. The neighbourhood is charming and chill. We ate in many of the restaurants, and shopped the small businesses. The stay has all your basics and Louis is an attentive host. This stay is ideal if you are looking for more of the local experience - travel to Downtown was about 15-30 minutes by ride share. You can walk to the iconic streetcar in about 12 minutes but the schedule on the weekend was not accurate. Overall we were happy with our stay but felt like we were paying a premium price for a stay that didn’t deliver that value. Maybe it’s just the cost of NOLA..?!

Perfectly placed stay for a trip to New Orleans. Spent several hundred dollars at the bakery next door; do not regret it one bit. Owner is helpful courteous and communicative. This will be one of our annual trips fo sho.

The process from beginning to end was very easy. Owner was extremely quick to respond to questions. The location was walking distance to really good restaurants and bars. The size was perfect for my husband and I for visiting our Tulane student for parents weekend. Highly recommend this location!

This is the perfect gem on magazine street. Check in process was ok - just wasn’t exactly sure of the unit. Must enter on the side/alley. Other than that, no issues and the price is right and would stay again.

We've stayed in a number of short-term rentals in New Orleans (former city resident & frequent visitor) and this one was pretty close to perfect. It's the upstairs of a camelback over a small retail space in a great block of Magazine Street (be advised one well-lit, semi-steep staircase to enter). No shared walls, so no noise. Great size for a couple. It was exceptionally clean with all furnishings and cabinetry obviously from Ikea and relatively new. Equipped with everything we needed. Great extra was the private little patio in back. Street parking was plentiful and easy. If you're without a car, it's a short walk to huge Rouse's grocery store, or the other direction to the St. Charles streetcar. One of the city's best bakeries right next door, eclectic shopping, restaurants and iconic dive bars within a couple of blocks. Nice touch was a welcome basket with local treats. And amazing the nightly rate was less than half of local mid-level hotels. We would definitely stay here again.

I come to NOLA a couple of times per year and I have always wanted to stay at this apartment, and when the opportunity came up to book, I jumped on it. It is in a great area where every New Orleans amenity presents itself, but it is quiet enough to get settled before one goes out on the town.

We stayed the weekend for my husband’s birthday. We had a great time. There was plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was easy to get to downtown on the streetcar. It was a quaint apartment and in a safe neighborhood. We would love to stay again!

Love this cute studio apartment! The location is perfect- plenty of great restaurants to walk to, right in the bus line, next to a delicious French Bakery, and the neighborhood wasn’t too loud or crazy at night. Would definitely stay here again.
