Great little duplex, that has been converted into two separate little cottages. Very clean and neat. Excellent place to stay to avoid having to pay expensive rates at the hotels. We will rent again.

A great space with all you need for a couple. Great kitchen, good size seating area with large ROKU TV. Bedroom is wonderful and bathroom has a great shower, plenty of hot water and a bidet! Id stay here again in a heartbeat the owner is super nioce and responsive to questions

We really enjoyed our stay in Vero Beach. It is a nice community/area with numerous opportunities available to explore your interests. Whether it is an arts and crafts expo., a home show, a beer/wing fest or a blues fest, etc., there usually seemed to be something going on on a weekend in January and February, in which we were there. The host, Sheena, was quickly responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. There are two rental units in this location. There is a shared wall which appears to have been a doorway, previously, in the home, between the two units, in which you are able to hear renters from the front unit. We did not have a problem with the renters at the time we stayed but I think this “could” become problematic in other situations. At various times throughout our stay, we could hear scurrying noises above the ceiling. It could have been a gecko(s), as we could see them outside. Since the home is concrete, perhaps the critter was getting in through a vent/duct work. I don’t know if this can be avoidable or fixed. The backyard area in which the outside table and chairs were located could be a really nice spot if there was a finished patio, as there is some shade and fruit trees around, along with a nice lawn like in the front yard of the unit. Overall, we were quite comfortable in this unit.

We loved our stay at the Garden Cottage! It was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed, including coffee, tea, and hot cocoa packets. The bathroom had plenty of towels, linens, and soaps. The furniture was comfortable. It's nice to know that the rest of the house is available so we may plan to have more family join us here in the future! Thank you for being an excellent host!

I would highly recommend the Garden Grove Cottage for your visit in Vero Beach. It was super clean, very spacious, and both cozy and comfortable. The space was even more beautiful and spacious than the photos depicted. I was visiting my daughter and son in law and the location was perfect. I caught a beautiful sunrise on the beach and walked the neighborhood. I will tell all my family and friends visiting this area to book this cottage for their stay in Vero!

Sheena is an excellent host, making sure everything is right and the place has everything it needs for an effortless stay. The place is clean and comfortable, and very spacious. I would recommend!

The first thing we noticed is how CLEAN the place was! Loved how spacious it was and the king bed was really comfortable. Wonderfully close to stores and only 10 minutes to the beach, thanks for use of the beach towels and boogie boards! Enjoyed all the gardens and trees in the backyard, so quiet and relaxing. Sheena was so helpful and quick to respond to our requests. Definitely recommend!
