WE were six senior adults and the house was perfect. We had a problem getting the lock box number for the front door key because it we tried to open the e-mail to early (our fault) The pool is not heated so please put the solar cover on when you arrive to have a warmer pool.
Other than that the place was excellent and communication was great with Rachel. We would definably rent this pace again.

This property was top notch. Location by the golf course, ease to many other things in the area, including the wedding, shopping, dining, etc. The house was beautifully decorated and had many items that one could possibly need whether it be for a short weekend stay or for a month or more. The owners had thought of everything. Would recommend this property as a five star.

Everything needed for an enjoyable vacation was there. Very clean throughout. New carpet and furniture. It was a bit cool so not able to use the pool. Driveway is a bit steep from the street down to the garage door. Inverness is a great small town with lots of good restaurants. Close to Crystal River and Homosassa springs.

Our son was married at Lakeside Ranch. This house was great just being just around the corner. Layout was great. Very roomy and clean. We would come back.

Excellent and Beautiful Home
This is an amazing home to stay at. We loved it. It included many amenities was super clean and close to many shops and eating places. The property manager was an exceptional person to deal with when we had concerns or questions. I highly recommend this place to stay at for your vacation stay. You will not regret it ever!!!! Would definitely stay there again!!!

Excellent location for Inverness, paddling Springs and bicycle
This was our second stay in Lakeside Golf Club community. Although we do not play golf, that is available and the course is lovely. The neighborhood is quiet, surrounded by lakes. And birds! Sandhill cranes winter over in this region of Florida. We brought our own kayaks and paddle board. We paddled all of Silver Springs (the best) Rainbow Springs, and Crystal River. All can be reached by car under an hour. Jim biked the Withlacoochee trail 4 X ! I biked around the neighborhood. 2 laps around is 5.5 miles - good enough for me.
The house is very comfortable, kitchen is equipped for cooking meals at home. 2 bathrooms. Plenty of space to move about freely including the outdoor screened in patio and pool area. Publix is nearby by car. Miriam is a A+ host and all went smoothly. Thank you Miriam!

3 night stay got extended
This property was exactly what was needed for our family. The beds were very comfortable and there was room for the kids to have their own space. The management company was very responsive and worked with us when we wound up having to extend our stay by one night at the very last minute due to weather at home.

I really loved the villa
It was all we wanted in our short vacation. We went to KPh hole springs twice and the kids loved the Villa pool. I loved seeing the birds in the backyard and listening to them during the day.

This home is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. So close to everything! It was a great celebration for my granddaughter's 13th pool party birthday.
