Ken/Sharon's home is absolutely lovely, and in remarkable good condition. The personal amenities were outstanding, we simply did not have any issues. Our hosts were extremely responsive to our inquiries. On the surface, the single full bathroom appears problematic, however 5 adults had no issues with hot water, getting ready for evening functions. We loved this home and hope to visit again.

We had a wonderful stay in Southold! The house is beautiful, clean and charming with lots of comfort and convenience for a family with a young child. We went into town and to the nearby beaches everyday- the location is great. Ken and Sharon were very communicative and made the whole process very easy. Looking forward to visiting again next summer!

This home is perfect inside and out. Lots of rooms to share family time and a few lovely reading books for private time. Meticulously maintained with all the amenities you would need. The kitchen is well stocked, 2 generous size bedrooms with large closets and a few surprise spaces. The bunk room easily sleeps 3 people. The outside patio and fire pit are perfect for evening gatherings or sunlit breakfasts. The location is perfect for getting anywhere on the North Fork. Wineries, breweries, farms with seasonal fresh fruit, vegetables, flowers, herbs … delightful. Southold village is a very short drive or an enjoyable morning walk for coffee and a scone. Close to Orient Point ferry and Greenport. The owners, Sharon and Ken were very accommodating, answering emails quickly. We were there to celebrate my daughter’s wedding, they were even able to offer names for photographers and suggestions for all types of eating establishments. We hope to be back next summer to explore the area more. Book it now!

Pulling up to the gravel circular driveway I knew this was going to be a perfect home for our stay. The grounds were immaculate. Once inside even better. Decorated perfectly and with such pride this home was equipped with anything I could imagine needing. The beds were all prepared perfectly and beyond comfortable. Like sleeping in clouds if that could be possible. The linens were top of the line, the appliances top of the line, the kitchen, which was beautiful, was equipped with dishes and silverware also top of the line and immaculate. Just a beautifully restored home with so much of its original charm still preserved. It was Clear to see that the owners of this property have taken such pride in this home and the experience it offers those who stay. It was a perfect choice for our stay for our daughters wedding at Raphael Vineyard.
