We stayed there for two nights during NYE .. There were 3 couples. The condo had everything we needed, but no kleenix. It is very clean. It is advertised as being close enough to walk to Gruene. It reallly isn’t‘t walkable as there are no sidewalks, and at night, it could be dangerous, especially on NYE.

We enjoyed our time at this place, however, I don't think we were told that we'd have to climb stairs to get to our place. If we'd known, we could have arranged for help to carry things up the stairs. I understand that the 3 bedroom units must be up stairs, but I didn't realize that until we got there.

Spent a couple days while attending our son’s wedding. Did not spend much time in the unit due to our busy schedule but was very enjoyable rest when needed!

We were all happy with this rental and would definitely stay here again. As far as location/walking distance, I would not recommend walking to Gruene Hall, the path is not safe and has quite a hill. I would not change anything, except taking my own pillows. The ones provided are quite huge! The guys were happy tho :)

The trip was awesome and the accommodations were great. We enjoyed the facility and the convenience to all places we visited. My friends really complimented the condo and we’re very impressed. Thank you and we really enjoyed our stay.

Clean and easy communication.
BUT-We are fit people who like to walk but stating it’s a “walk to Gruene Hall” is not accurate. No sidewalk, dark and unsafe to walk that at night. Even during the day would be silly since the parking over there isn’t a big deal.
The unit itself was cool but the stairs to get to the unit are horribly located. We could not have been further away from access to the parking lot. Stairs in the middle but none near the ends. Not a good design at all, especially for bringing stuff in and out.
The pool is far away also and the 2 charcoal type grills are kind of an afterthought.
The 3rd bedroom that we didn’t use is really a open loft so… keep that in mind also.
Honestly, appreciate the communication and cleanliness but would not choose this again.

Had a family reunion vacation here. It was great. Having a private bathroom for each bedroom is really nice. We had 7 condos rented out for our whole group. It was easy to visit with everyone because we were close by. Pool was beautiful and big. The location is great! We tubed in Greune and went to Greune Hall, Gristmill and Greune River Grill. The local shops were nice. We also visited Natural Bridge Caverns, San Antonio, and San Marcos. All were around 30 minutes away. The condo itself is beautiful and well maintained. Absolutely no complaints! I would definitely recommend to anyone.

We stayed stayed at the Old Mills Resort OM A6 for a girls weekend with 7 guests and had an AMAZING time! The property was very clean and spacious, with plenty of room for all of us! The communication throughout the process made check-in and check-out seamless and easy. The pool area was perfect and never crowded! We floated the Guadalupe, attended a concert at Gruene Hall, shopped in Gruene and went to several restaurants, all of which was no further than a 4 minute drive. I would highly recommend this property; we can’t wait to come back!

Really roomy place, perfect for 6 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of space in the kitchen, nice bathrooms. Good location, but too far to walk to Gruene Hall and the shops/restaurants there. A bit of communication problem, too, when we were missing a trash can in kitchen but issue was resolved eventually. Would recommend 👌

Our family appreciated how clean and nice the place was. Easy parking too. Great location to walk to Gruene or drive to New Braunfels ! Loved every bedroom has its own bath. It was also quiet and quaint. Thank you.
