Great spot for multiple couples to stay. Nice to have spacious common areas but also have privacy with separation of bedrooms and casitas. Some of the house can use some updates. Needs new furniture around the pool.

Property was very Nice. Cassista needs updating. No trash cans, Upstairs Kitchen not functionable. (Note says "do not use") Maybe a Micro-wave would be better. No Shower Water Pressure if another plumbing fixture being used. Upstairs Bathroom Sink Drains very slow. Watching toothpaste floating as you wash-up. Called twice and they said it was fixed. Just lived with it after that. Main House. False Vrbo Advertisement for Bath for each Bedroom. Main House 3rd Bedroom Bathroom was downstairs in Movie Room and not near 3rd Bedroom upstairs. Tuff for Peron with knee problems going up and down. Pool very nice and clean. A Hand Railing is needed for getting in and out of the Pool. Tuff for Seniors. Cleaning fees were too much for not getting any type of Housekeeping during the week. Overall, we enjoyed Location and Quiet Neighborhood. Views were fantastic. Thanks for letting us stay at The Carefree Crest. Cumor Group.

Wonderful home with all the amenities. We had 10 people and everyone had their own space from sleeping to bathrooms! Plenty of space to gather at mealtimes too! Our only suggestions would be non-stick cookware, more kitchen towels and black out shades in the bedrooms. The water pressure is still not great when someone is doing the dishes or two people are showering at the same time, but it all worked out fine! Cave Creek is a really fun little town! We will definitely stay again!

Property was clean and great fit for 8 adults with plenty of room! Property management was very responsive in all communication!

Pros---- Beautiful house and location. Working with Stay Porter went smoothly. Cons--- If you are going to continue renting this house out you REALLY need to do something about the water pressure. If more than 1 person takes a shower at the same time the water pressure is bad, especially in the front bedroom. Had been mentioned in prior reviews, was hoping the issue had been resolved by the time of our stay.

The water pressure was low in allowing the bathrooms, which made it difficult for showering with multiple guest.

Nice house very cosy and clean. Just can'[t have more than one shower at a time, not enough water pressure.
