at 6am, I was awaken by loud construction noise in front of the building, to the point that It became impossible to sleep. This should not happen in a well being resort, where people spend time with the obvious intention to find relax. The manager, to compensate for the disservice, provided access to the wellness centre for a few extra hours outside the checkout time. Yet, I can't say that I spent a relaxing night.

I was looking for a peaceful yoga retreat in which to de-stress post Christmas. Zoya more than delivered. The yoga and meditation classes were superb. Excellent, very relaxing spa treatments, each ending with a head massage and with beds that gently tilted up into a seat at the end. I frequently had the thermal spa to myself and only ever saw one other person there. Gym was huge and well equipped. It is on the edge of the mangrove forest and a golf course so you are surrounded by green which is super peaceful. Kayaking in the mangroves and seeing all the birds, especially the flamingoes, was lovely. A lot of people have commented on the construction going on nearby - didn’t cause any issues from my perspective. Get a room with a pool view if this bothers you. Zoya’s food is super healthy but is still food you actually really enjoy eating. The Beetroot kebab, Cajun Shrimp Caesar salad and Lemon Parmesan chicken were particularly good. Finally the staff were exceptional - nothing was too much trouble.

A jacuzzi in the spa would have been nice. I’d hoped for more walks in the area but the options were not great. Did take a bike out which was really nice but the bikes have seen better days.

Very unpleasant experience. Bedroom not at all cosy and front staff cold and least bothered. Booked at Booking.com Ref: 4148663839 for 2 nights and selected extras at check-in room upgrade @ AED 200 plus breakfast @ AED 65/each. Had to leave after one night stay and asked Mr. Aziz at least consider refund the extras we didn’t use on 2nd day but got negative response.

I found the whole place amazingly beautify and calming. Even the vibration of Al Zorah Nature Reserve contributes to the whole experience. Five classes of yoga, meditation, paranayama and sound healing is included in the price of the stay and the yoga teacher Nimisha Sajith is amazing. Swimming pool and rooms are great. Will definitely return!

The food and the view

There was a lot of construction going on around the place. Further the resort didn’t have so much in terms of a garden space to walk around. The property was quite small in that sense.

Overall it was Perfect Stay, I like it so much, even the services and the staff were so helpful specially The Receptionist I think her name was Thae.

Ask to be coffee, and more options for the breakfast.

I didn’t like the service at all they didn’t let me check in just because I didn’t have the physical ID of my 2 11 year old sons keeping in mind I had a picture of their ID , I came all the way from Abu Dhabi to check out the facility and I got really disappointed when I had to go all the way back without the holiday that i was looking for

It was absolutely great experience, stuff was friendly and kind. The chef who made their healthy menu and yoga instructor were on top! loved the place.

Everything! The resort is exceptionally wonderful. A recommended for those who wants a peaceful amd complete zen mode staycation.

It’s a wellness resort, so expect quit. Get full information from the reception on check in as you might miss out on the things you can do and have access to (you can have a full day of things to do). The facilities are good, the staff are friendly and the rooms are comfy. They are kind enough to allow early check in and late check out (depending on availability). the spa is excellent, make sure you use it and do book at least a full body massage as it’s worth every dirham. Do attend the meditation and yoga sessions, every session is worth it. The pool is not big but cozy, the staff will ensure you are hydrated and get you ice cold infused water every now and then.

There is only one restaurant and is over priced. The menu was not to my liking so better ask for the menu before you book (no alternatives close by). The smell of food in the morning that reaches the second floor and the over scented air freshener in the hallway at some parts of the day.

We had an absolutely incredible experience at Zoya in Ajman! This five-star hotel exceeded all our expectations in every way possible. A huge shout-out to the Owner, Mr. Ameer, for creating such a luxurious and welcoming environment. The resort manager, Samy, deserves special recognition for his outstanding leadership and attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. And let me tell you, the guest service team, especially Myat, was simply wonderful! They went above and beyond to make us feel pampered and attended to our every need with a smile. The SPA facilities and amenities were top-notch, and the Swedish massage was one of our best of our lives. The room was not only beautifully designed but also impeccably clean. The dining options were diverse and the food was of the highest quality. I can't thank the Zoya team enough for the memorable stay and their exceptional hospitality. This is definitely the place to be if you're looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. I highly recommend Zoya to anyone visiting Ajman - you won't be disappointed! Five stars all the way!

Excellent service, all staffs are very polite and willing to help. I went to celebrate my wife's birthday and they did all possible things to make it special. it was very relaxing experience.
