The accommodation is disastrous. We entered a dirty apartment, with a fridge that doesn't cool, a stained sofa where the children were supposed to sleep. You can't enter the building as you don't have a chip, and the key is located outside the apartment only. We waited for 40 minutes until someone from the residents showed up so we could enter the apartment. Inside, a surprise awaited us - no bed linen or towels. They charged us an additional €40 as a hidden cost. All the laundry smelled of mold, stored on the balcony in some locked cabinet. Very poor communication with the agency that rents the place, no reception... Every morning, the neighbor was drilling and banging, so we couldn't get any sleep. When you leave, leave the key in the key box at the entrance to the apartment. Now, you have a problem - you can't exit the building without a chip. We waited for over 20 minutes for someone to show up. Avoid it completely; for that money, we could have found much better accommodation, but it looked nice in the pictures. Hidden costs for towels, cleaning, etc.

Not a lot, pools are good but very noisy and lack of beds and have security rather than lifeguards..and they were needed. Close to the train

The place is very down, high-rise and dirty in the common areas. To be fair we booked with a private party, so maybe Pierre ans Vacannes can give u a decent room. We booked with frenchriveria-booking.com..if you see there name run a mile, no air con, no toilet roll, no towels, freezer didn't work and fridge was good at keeping things luke warm. We actually left early and lost money it was so bad...but probably down to the private agent

The only positive thing about this "residence" is its physical location. But that's it.

This is the best place to stay if you have plans to ruin your vacation. The room was dirty, and it didn't even have toilet paper or soap. It says "no smoking" but the room is filled with smoke. When we told the owner about it - he simply ignored our message. If you want towels - an additional €‎40 is charged, even though a towel is one of the minimums any hotel room or room for rent should have by default. The owner asked us if we want them (for €‎40), and we never told him yes, yet he abusively charged us an extra €‎40. They also ask for copies of your passport + credit card, even though the payment had been processed via booking.com. They won't provide you with parking and do nothing to help you even though they mention "parking" in their offer. This is a self-check-in place, so finding it all by yourself is not intuitive at all, and you don't get the chance to see the owner - for good reasons, probably. There are much better alternatives around - check them out, and don't stay at this place if you want a good (and safe) vacation. It's a shame that people of this type make the worst of an otherwise great and friendly French nation.

OK, let’s start with the only thing I liked about this property: the view is nice.

It is a truly scary huge facility with 800+ rooms, reminding ex council house. The internal corridors are dark and wet, they overlook the dark internal courtyard. Labyrinths of this corridors with no soul around. At night I’d never walk around there, especially with valuables. The worst thing was that when I arrived I couldn’t enter the parking, because the key for the parking is inside this huge building which you need to enter then rich the place which is damn far and hard to locate. While you’re searching for keys and the parking fob you’re supposed to find a spot to park on the street and it’s not really easy especially in busy times. I had luggages and all my belongings there in my trunk, and I had to go search for the room number 656 in the dark.. took me forever to find. The room itself is basic, new but as “budget” as it gets. Bedroom overlooks the staircase and anyone can look inside if your curtain is not glued to the window.

The attendant was very rude. He said that sheets and towels were not included and it was 50€ per person, He also said that the cleaner was going to take it the. While this discussion was going on we were already in front the apartment, not only no one took it there, but everything was already in the apartment, so he charged us even before we accepted this cost. sheets and towels were all in different colors and not clean, they smelled bad. the apartment was supposed to be for 5 people, but only had 2 single beds and one double bed. The main point was the service and their attendant who was very rude and hang up the phone on us.
