Plenty of room in a great location. Walking distance to Main St Frisco and short drive to lots of skiing. The unit is due for some updating but the space and location makes for everything you need.

We were so pleased to have picked this rental - very clean, plenty of room, perfect location to walk into town, and well maintained. We had a LOT of snow during our stay and the driveway was plowed daily making it easy to come and go. We experienced a difficult situation when the weather caused the highway to close and we were stranded for an additional day. Kelley was more than generous to allow us to spend the night. With all the hotels booked up, we would have had to sleep in our cars. What a wonderful host! We plan to stay again!

Great location, walking distance to town and so close to Copper Mountain, also easy drive to ABasin. Awesome hiking trails nearby, even in winter. Home is large and cozy at the same time. Awesome communication and response from property contact.

The condo is lovely with an extraordinarily well-equipped kitchen, quality paper goods and toiletries, and accessories for every age. We were travelling with an infant and two toddlers, so we used one of the two pack'n plays and the children's dishes. There is also a stroller available. When the days are warmer, the upstairs bedrooms can be easily cooled by opening windows and turning on bathroom vents to pull in night air. There are also fans in all the upstairs closets. The stream-side deck and patio are perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. The location is on the Main St walking trail in Frisco. Our group loved the museum and the downtown area. Frisco has all the charm of the larger resorts at a much more family friendly scale. It's central location, highway, and transit options provide easy access to larger resort communities. We took daytrips to Breckenridge and Vail.

Awesome location. Loved being able to walk to downtown Frisco and loved hearing the river behind the property. Having the patio, grill and pool table was a great addition for us. We used the washer a lot. Would have loved having some sling chairs in the garage that we could have carried down to the parade and concert in the park. The Master sheets were terrible. Huge rip in the fitted sheet and they didn’t stay on the mattress. Other than that, everything was great. Also note, there is no AC. Each room does have a floor fan however.

Enjoyed this beautiful home nestled between Ten Mile Creek and Main St. It has a perfect set up with all the bedrooms upstairs - each with their own bathroom. Really appreciated the baby equipment that was available (e.g. high chair, pack-n-play, booster seats, kids plates, cups, stroller, etc - all so helpful!!). Family enjoyed the pool table in the lower level as well as the many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The location is convenient access to multiple ski resorts which was the purpose of our visit. Would definitely stay here again.
