There is no choice . Location is fine.
Landscape,High class dress changing room is required near swimming pool.

(7) 10 mins drive to the nearest town ( read hotels, upcoming mall, cinema, IIMK, medical shops)
(1)The bathroom had a glass separator for the wet and dry areas but when you turn on the shower all the water falls directly on the dry area defeating the purpose. The bath area should have a door closure.
(2) There is no bathroom doormat
(3) No dustbin in bathroom
(4) Towels are not provided in the pool area and no staff was available there. We need to take towels from the room to the pool.
(5) Breakfast had only two options- was expecting a buffet. But the breakfast was simple, wholesome Kerala food which I liked for a change.

Washroom, towel and bedsheet were not clean. Stain was clearly visible.

Location was quite close to campus which made it comfortable

Brand new property - excellent rain showers
Staff - exceptional service by Farhan and Srinivas..... infact Srinivas starts to run towards you to help when you ask him for something. Great guys.

This resort is not fully functional......construction ongoing.....inauguration is on next year....
No pool.....no landscapes.....just a building
