We knew within minutes that this is where we needed to be! The owners have anticipated the needs of their guests and filled them! Just lovely!

This was the perfect house for my husband and I, who were visiting there and meeting up with my brother, his wife and their little dog, for 3 nights. The location right on the beach could not have been better. The house was one-of-a-kind and there was nothing that I could have suggested to have been available in this house in addition to what was already there. The layout was pefect, with the main floor being where everyone gathered together, with a view onto the ocean from so many windows and doors! The living area seating was perfect for us. The kitchen was well-appointed! The main bedroom/bathroom was all we could have hoped for with attention to detail in every room. The wall hangings, paintings and decor were beautiful. I can't compliment this place enough. The second bedroom that my brother used was in the lower level which was perfect for his dog who needed to be let outside to pee and was easily done through the sliding glass door in the room. All rooms were lit more than usually experienced these days and the lighting in the main bathroom was appreciated by both my husband and me, with having additional overhead lighting in the shower also! This place is pricey but, if you have the money to spend, you will not be disappointed and you will enjoy your ocean memories for a long time to come. Congratulations to the owners of the property and also the hostess who was helpful to me with communication with me when needed. I do intend to work out another stay again sometime!

My husband and I are frequent travelers to the St. Augustine area. We typically stay at properties at the higher end of the price scale. This has been hands-down our favorite property. The location is AMAZING! Melody was so easy to communicate with. I honestly could not have asked for a better place to stay! This is the first property where both my husband and I commented that we would like to stay again. We were mere steps from the beach, minutes from downtown, and a few minute walk to Publix. Thank you, Melody, for sharing this incredible property with us! We had an amazing time!
