Other things to note: * No Smoking please. $500 fee if there's a smoking smell. * No Pets please. * You will pick up the RV will full tank of gas. Make sure to have a full tank upon return. If not, $75 refueling fee will be charge plus the total gas cost. * You will also pick up the RV with empty Black and Gray tank and need to be returned empty. If not, $150 fee will be applied. * No boat or car towing. * Please removed ALL TRASH from the RV and return the RV clean as when you picked it up. If you bring it back dirty there will be a $120 fee.
