The pictures don't do it justice. The unit is beautiful and was very clean. Amazing gulf and bay views from multiple balconies. Fast elevators, convenient parking, easy access to the huge pool and steps to the beach.

The building is dated and NOT family friendly. The balconies were unsafe for children with a ledge that they could easily climb on top of and fall over the edge. The people at the pool we’re very unfriendly and the kids were not allowed to jump or play. This unit should be advertised as adult only. This condo unit itself was nicely decorated and clean. There were beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

This was an amazing get away condo. It was so beautiful with views of the sunrise and sunset from the condo. Spacious and wonderful right on the beach. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful condo and very clean! Check-in process was a bit rough, but it was not due to property manager. Security guard at gate was new and did not speak English well. Unfortunately, there was construction going on at the building the first few days, so that wasn’t fun or relaxing. Other than those few hiccups, we had a great time. Would stay again.

UNBELIEVABLE
This condo is the best we have ever stayed at. It exceeds all expectations. The design, location, views, kitchen equipment, resort, beach, and everything else are all unmatched. You WILL NOT be disappointed staying here. Doesn`t get any better. Extremely clean, plenty of room, nice furniture indoor and out, great views of the bay and the ocean from anywhere in the unit. We just got back and can`t wait to book it again

i preface this as an individual who has owned rental vacation property.
to be fair, the listing states it provides starter, basic supplies,.
my definition of basic is different from the rental company.
NO WINE GLASSES!!!! really?!
we were provided with the incorrect wi-fi information.
in addition wi-fi is not available pool-side. leave your readers at home. dont try to conduct business pool or beach side.
the listing stated to leave hurricane shutters in the up position.
one bedroom had the shades in the down position. the room was a cave!! also no access to the lanai from that bedroom.
of course we called about the issue. it was never addressed. im sure we are not the first customers to report this.
apparently there are no guidelines as to construction season in the complex. several units were undergoing remodeling during our stay.

The unit was gorgeous, however we ran into a problem with a fan/light not working in one guest room, and the toilet being clogged in the master. It took 3 days to get it resolved(more than halfway into our stay) which affected our stay. Management company Teeming Vacations had little control over their maintenance or repair schedule of contractors. Took repeated calls and emails to get the matter resolved. Traveling the 1st week of November, the building was 30% occupied, which is nice if you want quiet, however for the kids resort seemed cold and lonely, and the rules by the pool restricted any type of fun. Essentially all you can do is sit by the pool. The list of things not to do on the sign is pretty hilarious. They should get rid of all the copy and just state NO FUN ALLOWED.

There’s not one thing we could complain about. (Family of 8, ages ranging from 1-37) Check in was super easy, the entire process was!!

Condo very nice, but the pool rules were too strict. The kids could not play in the pool. The pool cop would not allow them to play.

Breathtaking views!
This property has amazing views. You can wake up to the sun rising & end the day on balcony to the sun setting. Very nice place & great location. Super sad we had to cut our stay short a week because of the pandemic. We will definitely be back.

This property was very nice. It was clean and had everything we needed.
So happy we rented this property. It was a perfect family getaway. The views were amazing and our kids loved the beach and pool.

Beautiful
The condo was stunning and very comfortable. The views from every angle were amazing! This part of the beach is not a soft sand, but has many shells.. which we did not mind because hunting for shells was so much fun and this part of the beach was not crowded. We would absolutely recommend this property to others.

Place was fine. AC read the entire time we were there (7days 80 degrees). Call to report it on the second day and the person send me instructions to reset and for us to change filter. For the price we paid for this condo they should have sent someone to check and have that person change the filter and see what was the problem. Instead I just did not bother calling again. Will not rent this property again. Would also expected to have more than 1 umbrella. We end up purchasing one and left it in the condo. Need better customer service and to have someone to followed while we were there if we need anything else to make our stay comfortable.

We really enjoyed how nice this unit was; the kitchen and living areas were great for two families vacationing together. It was also great to have the pool and beach right there (and practically to ourselves).

By far one of the best places to stay in Clearwater! Peaceful, as it is away from the Beach chaos. Unit has great views and everything you need. Parking can be a little challenging at times and the beach chairs are in the other building, but overall very pleased!
