The owners of the Homestay were really kind and helpful. They provided really good hospitality. They served us with the food of our choice and it was delicious. They also arranged for cab services for sightseeing.

That was awesome place for staying from crowd and with natural beauty.

The owner behaviour was good. They help us to find the cab & reached the bus stand.

The location was a little bit far from mall road. The distance was 3 or 4 k.m. but they show beside from mall road.

This location had everything and exceeded our expectation far and beyond. The warmth of the Gurung family will always be etched in our heart, the delicious food the homely environment, everything we experienced was never experienced before. Great rooms and good view, although a bit tricky to reach, it's worth every rupee we spent, they also have paid parking space at minimal charges which is a rare find in hills. When we reached there, their family dog was a bit ill i have that champ recovers soon. Again a big thanks to Nehal and His family.

If you're traveling to Darjeeling, there is only one place where you can feel like home which is Gurung Homestay. Nehal brother, you are an awesome guy and uncle, aunty I can never express them in words, coz words will fall short of expressing them. They are the most genuine human being I have ever seen ❤️ in my life.l am looking forward to visit here again once I got tired in my city life ...Thank you for everything 🙏 Aum namah shivay

There is nothing in this homestay, you wouldn't like at all.

It was silent at night. I am light sleeper. So could sleep cause of no sound of traffic or people They gave me coffee complimentary

Being on workation, having Jio and Airtel Sim,Airtel Dongal, Connectivity was a issue. The door of my room would not close, couldn't lock. Being a woman, it's a big concern. For hot bathing water you have to ask them to switch on the geyser as it was somewhere upstairs and not in bathroom It's 8 kms away from mall road with no cafes, restaurants, public transportation.. for everything you are dependent on home owners For stay of 7 days I paid 7 k, but overall big was 19700 due to food, transportation, mineral water, shampoo, soaps, ( only had 5 meals in 7 days or it would be bigger bill. Carried my own food and i eat one time)

Place is bit far in a village. Travelling is a concern from this place but the hosts are exceptional. Food provided was amazing and cheap. Since its a new homestay there are minute things that has to be taken care of like hot water. Orelse host was very friendly and treated us like a family. Also provided a departing gift which was a very sweet gesture

Commuting is a major task here plus shops close too early so one has to be prepared for it
