This was the perfect spot for our little getaway. Great location and Sasha was an excellent host. She responds very quickly and wants you to have an excellent visit. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Sasha was wonderful and helpful with suggestions. You can walk to several great restaurants the 185 music venue is a block away. The room exceeded my expectations.

As my five-star review indicates, we were very pleased with this place. The location was excellent - a few blocks from the center of town, and even closer to the Lumberyard District. It is a small space, and would eventually feel cramped if you were confined by rain. But it's no smaller than a hotel room, and is nicely finished with a super comfortable bed. I really only have two recommendations for improvement: (1) a small dresser for clothes, since there's no closet or other clothing storage, and (2) a newer TV. But with that said, we'd stay there again regardless if we go back to Brevard.

We visited Brevard for the first time and found the location for this VRBO to be perfect for walking around town and up to the Brevard Music Center. The only time we used the car was for hikes and waterfalls. The king bed was incredibly comfortable and the space, though small, was very clean. Sasha was friendly and easy to communicate with. We even saw a white squirrel in one of the yards down the street right before departing!

Unfortunately, we thought we were staying in the house, shown in the advertisement, until I received the confirmation, 42 hours prior, that explained that the cottage was behind the house. All in all it was a good, clean, convenient place for us.

Sometimes all you need is a short vacation. For my birthday this year I chose to go to visit NC because of the waterfalls and great outdoors. We chose a VRBO. Our host, Sasha was great from day one. She communicated and recommended plenty of things to do, to include the local white squirrel festival. The cottage was very clean, comfortable, quiet and very well located down town. The food was great and a big plus for me I could easily have vegan food. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and kind. And lastly, the waterfalls are awesome. Thank you Sasha.

It was our first time in Brevard and we wanted a place we could walk to downtown. The place was only a couple blocks away. Very cozy & private. The king size bed was super comfortable! We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful fall weekend in Brevard. Enjoyed riding on greenway and hiking in Bracken Preserve and John Rock trails. Great host of cozy cozy cottage getaway. Thanks for the advice on trails and dining.

This cute cottage is tucked away behind the main house. Convenient to all the fun shops in Brevard as well as the Music Center, which is what we were in town for. Sasha was very responsive before and during our stay. Bed was particularly comfortable, which is not always the case! No cooking available, but there is a small refrigerator and a Keurig with provided coffee pods.

The space had all the essentials for a great weekend - close to hiking and downtown Brevard. We also were very conveniently located to the Brevard Music Center where we attended a concert. There was a Keurig for coffee and a small refrigerator. I might suggest adding a small microwave, but certainly not a dealbreaker. We would recommend!

Perfect little cottage for myself and my 2 daughters to stay for a couple days! Clean, easy checkin, and awesome location. We loved the little back porch and fairy lights. Was a magical little spot to spend time in the evening!
