Good and well cleaned rooms with good fragrance..calm and quiet rooms.no hot water and no extra bedsheet.good staff and they didn't demand extra money.
Broken window lock. It will effect privacy I think.no soap and no drinking water.matress were so hard.

Good proximity to kunnamangalam and IIM Kozhikode. Bus stand nearby. Good bakery, restaurant and other shops nearby.
This is a basic and cheap hotel, so don't expect too much. You get your money's worth at such a location.

The hotel charged us 12% more than the price listed on the site. They didn't provide us any receipt of the bill, nor we got any information from booking.com

There was a big Cockroach inside the room.
