The house was perfect for our needs.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The property had a lot to offer and our crew of 18 was never bored once. There was a lot of space four our four families to spread out and feel like they had their own space when needed but plenty of options to gather and hang out together in the common areas. We LOVED the pool, outdoor sport court, outdoor kitchen, TV area! Awesome place!

This is 2 separate houses with a great outdoor entertainment area. We have a golf trip every year with 8 guys and this was a great place to unwind after 36 holes of golf everyday. Everything was in working order and the few questions we had during our stay were answered promptly via text message by our property manager. Only downside is there should be more kitchen supplies such as pot/pans, bowls newer cutlery etc. I’d definitely recommend this property.

This was a beautiful home and it accommodated our group well. However, the pool heater was not working and the hot tub did not work for the first two days of our stay.

Pros: We rented this space for a yearly family meetup. The house was roomy and the common areas were perfect for sitting, laughing, and playing games. The putting green and half court basketball was a fun bonus, though none of us are very athletic :) Note: this property is not managed by the owners. A property manager was scheduled to meet us and walk us through the contract. He was unable to meet us at the property on arrival but gave us keypad access and did a walkthrough when he was available. Mark was friendly and responsive throughout the stay. Cons: The biggest issue with the space was it just wasn’t ready this go and many of the listed amenities were out of commission for more than half/all of our stay. The propain was out on arrival and was not refilled until day two of our three day stay. The hot tub water was green and a pool guy had to be sent to shock the water before we could use it. We had agreed to an upgrade for heating the pool but the electric heater couldn’t heat the pool to a usable temperature in the winter. The fire place in the front was out of commission and the fire place in back did not work until we had propane at the end of the second day. On the first night we were planning to BBQ and had to wait until late for a workaround for the propane grill. The maintenance crew was friendly... but had to come out more than 3x in three days. We had specifically asked about the fires, BBQ grill, heated pool, and hot tub because it was January and the desert gets cool in the winter. I was told by the property manager they would look into refunding some of the money because of all the issues but have not received any word. Overall the space has a ton of potential but did not deliver on all advertised amenities.

great house for 15 beds, proximity to great golf, and lots of outdoor amenities. isolated by horse land next door, but very close to grocery, starbucks, etc. basketball court was awesome to have. improvements needed - one of the beds was terrible and needs replaced. for a property this large, one small coffee pot is completely inadequate. and kitchens need to be better equipped - inadequate cookware, coffee pots, mixing bowls and casserole dishes, no plastic drinkware for use by pool. and small house kitchen only has plates, cups, and silverware. nothing to cook or prep food with. overall, for a pretty low cost, the property can be easily improved for group stays that involve eating at the house. would definitely stay again, as the location, cost, and property were great, just would expect some improvements.

Spectacular home with guest house that fit our entire family! We were looking for a great place to fit our family of 16 and this house did not disappoint. Everything was clean, new and well taken care of. The pool, sport court, putting green and hot tub provided hours of entertainment and enjoyment while the house and private casita allowed everyone to have space and enjoy their vacation. We will definitely be coming back.
