Updated , clean with ample room. The view was gorgeous! The inside of the house felt very safe. The host was very attentive and accommodating. We had a medical emergency and Beth went out of her way to let us stay one additional day.

The neighborhood. The next door neighbor was raided by seven police cars at 11:30pm. There was only one trash bag for seven people for Four days. Only Two bags of coffee,ONE individual creamer, no napkins.

The house is very nice on the inside and the lake is lovely. The beds are comfortable and the chair in the living room is a massage chair.

The master bedroom was not built correctly, so there is only 1 air vent, and the ac is not powerful enough to cool the room. It was so hot, and the AC kept reverting back to 78 degrees no matter how many times we turned it down. The house is not in the safest part of Winter Haven, the owner reassured me it was safe due to the cameras around the house but all the cars slowing down to the neighbors and the thumping music is a little scary to a family with two small children. We decided to leave early and left before the owner could fix the AC issue due to feeling uneasy about the neighborhood and not wanting to sleep hot again after being out of the house all day in the sun. Left the house set at 70 came back to it 78 degrees.

Beautiful lake view. House was very clean. Great location enabling to drive in various directions to visit all around Florida. The house had everything needed to be able to function just like at home.
