We loved this 'floating home' - it was spotless, uber-comfortable, and in a perfect location for the events of DT Pensacola. I'm originally from Pensacola and can't say enough about how well the city has developed the DT area. Such a fun and unique place to stay - highly recommended!

Great location clean comfortable quiet only I think you need a half bath

It was such an unexpected stay. The location was perfect. The water was calm and pretty. There was some type of bugs flying around in the house. But we had a ball.

Amazing location and very thoughtful details for such a unique stay. I traveled here with my best friend for her birthday and they even had a little birthday cake waiting for her upon arrival. They thought of everything! So clean and peaceful... will definitely be staying here again and definitely recommend.

We had an amazing time! The house is very nice, new with everything we needed to cook and have a great time. The mattresses were very comfortable. The AC worked perfectly. The best part was having our fishing boat docked right outside the door. Get up in the am and jump on the boat for a day of fishing. We also dropped crab traps off the side of the house and ate dozens of crabs while we were there. It was a dream vacation.

The houseboat was amazing. Everything was clean, and the location was perfect. Enjoyed lots of local restaurants and brewery. Also took in a Wahoos game! Very much recommended!

Convenient amenities and novel accommodations. Communication with owner was immediate and helpful. Would stay again!

Relaxing, quite enjoyable

Unique idea for accommodations, right on water, in marina. Very convenient since our friends brought their boat and it was tied up right next to their boat house. TV and wifi was very difficult and spotty. Little bugs were flying around inside and out on porch.

The place was great. Really nice place especially if you have a boat you can take out and enjoy the pretty water! We saw lots of dolphins and manta rays, they all came right up to the boat.

This was a wonderful property! Located in the downtown marina, it was clean and very comfortable. There was a restaurant on site which made the stay so convenient! Everything was very clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay there again!!

This is our second trip to the crawfish festival and both times we have stayed at the boathouses at the harbor. Really don’t want everyone to know about this place but they deserve a great review. The location is perfect to enjoy anything you want to do in the downtown area but when you are ready to relax you get to go and hang out on the porch at your own houseboat. Very quiet and very clean. We are looking forward to our next visit. Thanks to everyone involved with our trip!!

We loved this place! I would recommend this to anyone who wants a laid back place, that’s close to shops, restaurants and the best beaches in the US. Also the Fish House that is attached to the doc is so good. I will be coming back

I stayed here with three friends and we loved it! The house was clean, the location was top notch, and the front porch was ideal for sunset cocktails. It’s a short walk to the Seville quarter, and right next to a great brunch/dinner spot at the fish house. Would recommend!

We have always stayed in hotels and this was our first vrbo experience. The listing is absolutely spot on. LOCATION is great. The host and staf did a GREAT JOB WITH COMMUNICATION. 10/10 in my book. Thanks again for everything!!!

The houseboat was a unique place to stay. A little bit of marina living for someone like me, that can't afford to buy a live-aboard. Everything was clean and well kept. Walking in and out of the marina was easy, there are three different coded gates. The houseboat swayed but you could barely feel it which was amazing since a storm came through one morning. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the front deck and watching the fish jump and seabirds fly in. The beds were comfortable. Could use another fluffy pillow or two, so might want to bring you own. There were some noises that could keep you awake if you are a light sleeper, but that comes with being on a marina. Everything that downtown Pensacola has to offer; great restaurants, pubs, shops, breweries, etc, were all within easy walking distance. We did not have to get back in the car until we left. The marina parking was easy enough to get into with enough parking areas. All and all, was a very great place to stay if you love the downtown area and want to experience marina living for a bit. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect from the location to the ease of check-in and check-out. Perfect unique setting for our family, quiet very clean with everything we needed. Walkable to restaurants and a great downtown with lots to do. We were in town for our Son winging ceremony at the Naval Air Station and was so convenient with a short drive, also so close to beautiful beaches and the best sunset at Fort Pickens. Highly recommend and we definitely return next time our travels takes us to Pensacola.

Absolutely loved my stay at Seville Marina. Houseboat was beautiful, clean, and felt like home. Friendly people everywhere. So much to do and so many excellent restaurants within walking distance.

An absolutely great stay! Everything was awesome. Great location with a restaurant in close walking distance that had very good food! Houseboat is decorated super cute as well. Definitely would go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway at Seaclusion. We rented this spot because of its uniqueness and proximity (walking distance) to the Mardi Gras parades and restaurants. The property was clean and exactly as pictured. We had no issues during our stay. Jo Dee is an excellent property owner!
