The A/C was a little too "green" (to comply with LEED status, probably) - it ran on and off, on and off all night instead on constantly running.

The spacious, clean, bright room welcomed us! a huge bathroom with a beautiful walk in shower. Bathrobes were provided, always a plus for us! Room had more USB ports / charging stations than you will ever need. Lots of other outlets, too . the pillows, always a measure for us, were exquisite!!!! full, firm but not hard. The TV in the room used “casting”, pairing with your phone so we could easily watch our Netflix, Prime on their HUGE. room TV the staff is more than accommodating; very helpful with suggestions. Set right in very walkable downtown Waterville, with many boutiques, restaurants, and an art museum A most welcome addition to the rebirth of Waterville!

A couple staff members are very rude. going so far as to scoff in my face because I lock my card when I travel. The manager appears unkept.
